No, none of these. You will lose face/frame instantly if you go this way. I'd say you can keep chasing a bit, covertly, but make sure you "punish" her when she's disrespecting you by demonstrating chemistry with her ex. The RP move here would be to hit on her girl friends and/or other girls. She demonstrates that she has options, so should you.

Just take her to a place and escalate, see how she acts, not her words. Based on her reaction, stay or move on. Other things are useless.
