Usually people comply with people they think are above them, they behave obediently because they don't want to be seen as a threat, that's a big risk for them. Holding frame is like saying " you have no power over me, I don't depend on you for anything." You act like a German Shepherd who doesn't care and not like a Golden Retriever who's existence is basically to please humans.

This is a display of strength, you're showing that you are not scared about the fact that the person you are talking to can see you as competition/threat and may go against you. You are not the Jackals from the lion king, who behave obediently in front of their boss Scar because they want a small piece of his winnings.

It's shows that you don't need to lick someone's boot so that they give you their leftovers. You have the strength to hunt and feed yourself when you're hungry.

In any scenario, if you are self reliant, have options and the person you are talking to is not the only source of getting what you want, you will naturally have a very strong frame and it won't feel like acting.

Now, after laying all that down I don't think I need to explain why its attractive to women, of course they wanna be with the strong hunter who can hunt his own food rather than the wimp who depends on the hunter for survival.

I'd also like to point out that this thing surpasses facial features pretty often. Women say things like " he is so gorgeous, but he doesn't have that thing. " .. 'that thing' is the strength of self reliance. Also, being jacked produces the halo effect of this sort of strength.

A woman's attractiveness depends on her beauty. A man's attractiveness depends on his strength.
