I originally typed out stories of the particular rage inducing situations, but decided they're irrelevant, and whining like I was in them is weakness.

Long story short, I have started a new job, and all bosses above me in my department are female. The hamsters present may be the fastest running I have ever encountered. Somehow, my ability to remain unreactive seems to have dissipated this week.

A few minutes ago I received an extremely passive aggressive email accusing me of an act I did not commit, and found myself visibly angry.

This is my first female dominated workplace experience since swallowing the pill. I feel like I can actually "see", and it makes it even more jarring.

What can I do to conquer my rage, and move on with my day? Logically engaging has at best gotten me "I understand I can be vague - still your fault." I'm absolutely shocked every day.
