Even then, you lose so much time flying there, she should not only have to pay your expenses, no she should be forced to pay you for the time spent travelling. Women don't have to give birth to a child, or ever conceive one in the first place if stretch marks are that concerning.
That's like saying it's someone else's fault that I refused to put sunscreen on and got skin cancer even though I knew that sunshine can cause skin cancer. Women are aware that sex causes children, and that childbirth is hard on a women's body, there are a plethora of options for them to prevent this from happening. Before and after the fact.
