How to have strong frame

Being detached from your own ego is the key point here.

As a natural narcissist(someone who has huge and fragile ego) i feel the need to defend every opinion, comment or statement that is related to me, whether is the place i live, what am i wearing or whether it is something I've said.

When i successfully defend and win - ego is well fed, but it still wants more. However when i lose it gets fragile, takes over my entire emotional state and i get angry and very fucked up afterwards.

First step to get rid of it is detaching from both.

Still working on it, so far the only thing that was impact on that was a book called "The Power of Now", it pretty much explains that WE ARE NOT our thoughts. It's a long process, but that's pretty much what builds frame.

I really like bite-size redpill bits of this kind. Too many posts now are novels that keep me glued to my phone when I could spend that time lifting, working on my mission or gaming girls.

While your point is well-taken, remember at the same time that the successful and skilled emperor in your example would have advisers who he would turn to for information when he didn't know enough about a subject. Along these lines, you wouldn't argue with people over who your advisers should be because that's your choice and not theirs. This concept of adviser can even be abstract along the lines of where you decide to get your information in the general sense instead of referring to specific people.

I agree with this pretty much but it might as well be called how to have anti social personality disorder. Believe in yourself and value your ego over others no matter what.
