To everyone, the moment you find yourself in a situation like this, pull out your phone immediatly and start recording
Otherwise you risk getting a false rape accusation for turning down a woman who fears her reputation or lifestyle is at risk!
You got lucky for only getting sexually assaulted or raped and not falsly accused!
[–]Senior EndorsedMattyAnon10 points11 points12 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
ABSOLUTELY THIS.
This is the one thing that gives you the power. Did this once, and it's clear as day who the aggressor was.
Obviously she'd never get a conviction for her actions - but the recording utterly exonerates me from any shit she can claim.

Yeah, dude should have protected his ass or he'd sitting in county by now. You got lucky this time. Just bolt and run dude (while filming)

I know it's better safe than sorry, but false accusations are EXTREMELY rare. I don't get this circle jerk that's commonly repeated here. It's like repeatedly mentioning you could get struck by lightening if you're outside during a thunderstorm...

They make up between 2 and 10% of all rape accusations my dude. They aren't EXTREMELY rare at all.
[–]Sumsar012 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Actually some stats say its closer to 30%. But its a hard thing to measure.
[–]pateuvasiliu2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
But its a hard thing to measure.
Because they only consider it false claim if the girl is retarded enough to outright ADMIT it was a false accusation. Cases where the man is judged not guilty are NOT considered false rape claims. If they were the percentage would be higher than 50% since most rape cases don't result in conviction.
So the real number is way beyond that 2-10%.

Honestly man, if your friend is going to dump you over his girl acting like a fucking thot and you told him about it.. Then fuck him.
I would KILL to have friends who had my back like that. Instead, most of my friends would probably seize the day and take it as an opportunity to take my girlfriend to pound town. I've dealt with this situation a handful of times and that was enough for me to just completely swear off monogamous dating. That way, there's no expectations for either of us, so it's really no surprise when the girl I'm fucking has another guy or 2 and there's no expectations for me to commit to her.
If I were you, I'd have a word with your friend in a 1 on 1 very calm matter of fact "sorry dude" type of expression. He'll probably be a lot more understanding and won't hate your guts over the situation. Then again, the power of the pussy is strong, especially with desperate guys who will burn bridges for the sake of sticking their head in the sand about their relationship.. So it's a tough call. But do you honestly even want friends like that?
Two of my close friends are your typical cuck (hate that word, but it's the truth). Their girls act like thots, cheat, then cry or somehow make it up by giving them a blow job or something and then it's on to round 2 of her escapades. It's done so much damage to their happiness and self-esteem that it sucks balls even hanging with these guys anymore. They're always just sad, somber, gloomy, and they never want to do anything except sit at the same old townie bar and talk about how they hate their job and relationship.
One of these friends even thinks he's turning schizophrenic because he sees his girl out dancing with other dudes who she's obviously sexually attracted to, he hears about her going on a cruise with the girls and rumors about how she fucked some dude on the boat.. And she straight up lies to him saying it's all in his head.
Never ever ever be thirsty for commitment. Never tolerate bullshit gas lighting behavior in a partner (I honestly say this for both men and women). It fucks up your psyche and self esteem. It makes it impossible to trust anyone anymore and can take YEARS to mentally heal from. As much as I think this sub can suck sometimes with the woman-hating and the "REEE!!!" incel teenager angst, I'm extremely thankful it helped me over-come that desperation.

People are weird man. I've told male friends about women in relationships coming on to me before and how embittering it was, and received genuine disgust at the fact that I didn't take advantage of it.
I know the way I look. But I like keeping things clean. With most of this it isn't even about loyalty. It's either being afraid of accidentally pissing off the wrong guy because he'll mess me up when he finds out, or losing people. If I could screw them all, I would. The one situation I referred to from before, where I told a friend when his girlfriend tried making something happen in a bathroom. I only did it because I thought it was the right thing to do. Due to all the fallout, in hindsigh I only ever wish I had fucked her because the fallout from being loyal was the same.
The woman in question today has sent me a few texts. She's being sly but I know she's still trying. If I showed them to him for more proof if I told him it's easy for him to view it as something else. Now that things are calming down from what she sprung on me, I am really considering my options here. Something must be going on for her to suddenly move on me like that, and I'm remembering things where I stuck my neck out and he chucked me under the bus.
We've known each other a long time, but I'm wondering how much I really owe him right now.
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah I guess in that case, fuck 'em. Most friendships are just temporary anyway. That being said.. Doesn't mean it's okay to treat everyone around you like garbage for your own pragmatic advantage, but if people don't view your character with some weight, you can't really help them anyway.
[–]CanuckinFL1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
no man, you're right. I don't bang friends girls' either while they're together and often after they're no longer together.
just skeeves me totally. Sometimes you gotta have boundaries, and there's just too many damned women in the world to bother creating melodrama with my friends. Period.
[–]sc16900 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Doesn't matter. You pound her, she changes her mind about her relationship with your friend and feels guilty, you are in the sht as soon as she cries rpe. AVOID!
[–]Senior EndorsedMattyAnon7 points8 points9 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
ove, and she tells me to lay down. We do this several times. Then I don't know what to do, if I put my hands on her to try and move her I don't know what she'll do with it. I am really getting freaked out because I know I have no power in the situation
As mentioned elsewhere: start recording. She can't stop you recording..... clearly say "I am recording this situation". She can't overpower you. She might dive for your phone, and this will look TERRIBLE for her on the recording. In this case keep your phone away from her and run out.
The other thing to do if you can get safe is to call a third party to come to the house or door. Not the police, but any other person.
One is she's my friend.
No she isn't, she obstructed your exit. That would be kidnap if you were a girl. It's extremely serious, she put you in an impossible position. Intentionally and selfishly.
You're right to be extremely cautious. Rejected women can and do file rape complaints against you for revenge.
Even if I had engaged with her and whatever, he wouldn't leave her. So many reasons but whatever he just I know he wouldn't leave her.
Not your problem.
She really fucked this up.
Here's the cold hard truth: she didn't fuck this up. This isn't a good person making a simple mistake. This is a bad person. She did a very bad thing to you with full and complete intent. And showing no remorse. This is who she is and you do need to accept that. She isn't a friend.
I have been in a position like this before, sort of, where I was at a party and a friend's girlfriend got into the bathroom right behind me and tried something similar, then I told her boyfriend and then he just believed whatever it was she told him and I lost him as a friend and several others as well.
Knowing that women behave like this towards attractive men, you need to take steps to avoid being in this situation with women you don't know well. They have complete unaccountability and power in today's world, they're horny as fuck for attractive men, and are egotistical and selfish. Take steps to protect yourself and not be in this situation in future.
I don't know if I can be in a room with her again
You can never be alone with her. As regards seeing her with friends - just barrel through it. You'll be fine.

You need to tell your friend exactly what happened.
If he is truly your friend he will trust and believe you.
No, without evidence, his friend won't believe him over his wife. He even risks a false rape accusation that way. Your advice is really bad and you only say it, because its the right thing to say not because its the right thing to do.
I don't think there's anything I can do. I was alone in his house with his wife. To most people that'll be enough. Was it a common and uneventful scenario over years? Yeah. But how does it look?
Not great.
We're older. Even the best case scenario from saying anything is bad for all our lives. Just need to let things cool down and hope she doesn't make this worse. The friendship has to be different now though, that's the reality of it. That's what's bothering me the most, but like anything else in life with enough time I'll forget the depth we used to have and whatever we carry on with will eventually seem like it's all there ever was.
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
This is sexual harassment at the very least, what can you legally do about it though, I have no idea. Personally I would make it a point to not be in a room alone with her again, and perhaps record when permissible.
Some may question your actions OP, giving alternate advices about whether you should take advantage of this opportunity. Whatever you're personal morals are, it seems you've made it a point to stick with them. Continue to do so with this unfaithful cunt that gives the title "wife" a bad name. Setting boundaries and sticking to them is often repeated around here, and for good reason.
It's sucks that this is what it is right now. It leaves a bitter taste in your mouth and makes you really question what relationships mean to different people. It'll get better though. Focus on your mission. If, in the end, it doesn't include your friendship with that couple, than so be it. You've got bigger fish to fry.
I wish you success in all future endeavors.

[–]Trustedflipper83 points4 points5 points 9 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Is this erotica or something ? Also if this did happen you where RAPED dude you need to talk to the freind and get things cleared up she forced inappropriate contact on you
Getting hard because she kept rubbing up against me isn't rape. You need to relax.
[–]MONGR0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You're right, it wasn't rape - but it was still fucked up. I don't think your friendship with this guy is worth shutting up to preserve if you're gonna be thinking of this incident every time he mentions his wife. Talk to him and hope for the best

You hid in a bathroom because a woman wanted you to fuck her? Am I reading this right? You asked a woman to move and she didnt move? You were physically unable to leave a room because of a woman? This is a joke thread isnt it?
Yeah sure, give them a black eye or knock them down and leave a bruise as you get away. Are you aware of society yet or are you 11 years old?
[–]NamledaEcteff0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Who said anything about hurting her, pick her up and move her or pull her away from the door, its not rocket science. What the fuck have you been doing around this woman that she thought she could stop you from going somewhere anyway?
You need to chill out first of all, how could this incident make you be sick, it makes no sense. I think its a windup but if its not, you have 4 obvious choices, 1. tell him, and see what happens 2. leave both of them 3. put her straight and go on like it didnt happen 4. you start fucking her, thats if she still wants it after your recent actions
Only u know the right answer. I would probably go option 3.
[–]2awalt_cupcake1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
pick her up and move her or pull her away from the door,
WRONG. Been in a situation like this and I almost got sent to jail. Do not touch them, move them, breathe near them. IF you leave even a mark you are FUCKED.
[–]NamledaEcteff-1 points0 points1 point 9 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Im going to go ahead and not assume that every stubborn woman is going to create a false police report and take it all the way. If it somehow happens im not that bothered, the principle is all that matters, youre blocking me and if you dont want to politely move then morally I have no issue with moving you, threat of jail or not.
[–]2awalt_cupcake0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
the kind of woman who is going to rape sexually assault you, block you from leaving, and cry on command like a psycho is not going to be level headed. She's already proven herself to not be.
