TL/DR: Double header. Awesome lake cabin weekend with a local Meetup group. Pushed my boundaries with my group of friends. It gave me a good idea of the place I have made for myself there. Also, I officially started spinning with someone who is entirely aware of my first plate.

First, my second plate. I'll leave out the details since there were no realizations past what you'll read in every other FR (kind of funny considering my title has to do with her). Long story short she gave me the "I don't share" LMR. I've had a very devil-may-care attitude lately, so I haven't been terribly tactful with my words (not that it isn't serving me well). I answered her with, "Yes you do. You just don't know it yet." That was the last hurdle. You can get away with way more than you think when you do it confidently. More on that next.

Now this is my favorite part. The next day I get on the subject of relationships with a group of hens (plate#2 not included). It was a mistake I know, but I had been drinking a little and by the time I came to that realization it was too late. I had already attacked their snowflake syndrome by insinuating that all women look for the same things in a mate.

So I thought, "Fuck it. Let's see how far I can take this" ignored the noise coming from the group and stuck to it adding that men look for completely different things than women. To give some background I have only been a part of this group for a few months and about half of the people at the cabin I was meeting for the first time. There were roughly 20 of us in all. The lead hen (we'll call her Carolyn) was the best looking girl there (HB8.5) and is dating one of the other guys in our group. I'm not sure if it was more of the fact that she was frustrated at what I said or the fact that she practically had to mop up the floor because of how confidently I delivered my point, but I decided to end the conversation and go for a swim.

When I got back we started a game of 22, which I had never played. Carolyn explained the rules to me along with a bit of strategy, and just because I like to be an asshole I blamed my losing on her teaching. To be more precise I said she was too drunk when she made her explanation. I was kidding. She wasn't amused. So of course I had to keep poking the bear until it couldn't take it anymore. She gets upset, leaves, and even starts crying.

Now, I like my new friends. I know I could drop them all and start over in a heartbeat, but I'd rather not if I didn't have to. I was a little worried that she was going to cause me to have some trouble with the others, but to my surprise everyone took my side saying she was just being bitchy. Literally no one was upset at me (except Carolyn). Not even her boyfriend. This tells me that I have managed to establish enough value within the group that people will make excuses for me even when I've upset someone who has been around much longer than I have.

Lessons Learned:

Speak with as much confidence as you can muster. Even if you are wrong.

If you are going down, do it spectacularly.

When a girl says she doesn't share what she means is she hasn't yet.

Side Note:

To those of you who are new to TRP and are a bit skeptical about its effectiveness. Don't be. Four months ago I was getting divorced from my wife of 7 years. I had never been in another relationship. The only friends I had were ones I made before getting married and they had all moved away. I was never great with women. I was 25 pounds heavier and hadn't put in an honest week at the gym ever. I was a sad shell of a man with little real direction. Swallowing the pill changed who I was, and I am only more excited with each day to see what I can achieve next. This sub has officially made another monster, and I couldn't be happier.
