have been happily with my girlfriend for about 8 months, Once I discovered TRP I have been trying to stay in control of my relationship by this theory. This were going okay, ive made a few mistakes being that Im new it to.

But last night I fucked up. We were hanging out at my house drinking a little wine, I got pretty drunk. She said something to me that I didnt like yelled at me for something. I went into the living room and watched TV. She just went right into my room and went to bed. Didnt say goodnight or anything. Which she never does and its my house so I thought something was wrong. I went in and asked her and she said nothings wrong she just wanted to go to bed. I am awful at communicating the way I want to when I am drunk, so I kept asking her about it and we ended up fighting. I lost my temper and next thing I know Im at a point of "fuck..I didnt want this to happen, I am over reacting big time. This is my fault"

It ended with her saying I feel like you always want an answer even when there is none. anddd No sex. which I havent seen her in 2 days so I was dying to have. We went to bed mad. and me feeling like wow that just put her in so much control I fucked this up big time.

In the morning I woke up explained calmly that since I was drinking I didnt communicate things the way I wanted to. That I was just thinking something had to be wrong being that she just went into the room and went to sleep which she never does. She smiled and grabbed my hand and said okay.

we laid back down and woke up a couple hours later I tried to play with her to initiate sex, she didnt want to which I knew was going to happen. I told her I want to have sex she said she didnt want to. I then told her that I wanted the next couple days to be alone, to center myself, that when things go wrong its my responsibility to fix them and I didnt like the way i acted last night, that it will be better this way.

She then tried to cuddle with me which I didnt really respond to but I let her do it. I stated that since I wanted this time alone and I wasnt going to see her I think we should have sex, she said no. I said calmly okay and got up and took a shower. she waited till I got out to say bye. She hugged me and didnt really want to let go, I acted like I was fine and told her I will see her this weekend. She stared at me with puppy eyes but I didnt cave and said have a good day, I love you.

Look I know I fucked up and probably didnt get the intensity of this argument and my down hill spiral during it fully in this post thinking "TRP tells me now she isnt going to be attracted to me and shes going to fuck someone else" but, How can I recover from this? Do you think I did the right thing by requesting some time to myself?

I want advice and constructive criticism not ridicule please

EDIT: and now she text me telling me she forgot her water bottle to the gym at my place if I can bring it to her if im close by her work and if I would tell her how my doc apt went and then send me a msg on facebook that said "10 reasons you know youve found the one" I haven't response to any yet
