Try finding anti-depressants that actually work. I suffered my whole life from depression until I got on meds and it's been gone ever since.

And rightfully so, because right now you have low SMV. You may want to go into "monk mode" where you just focus on improving your life in one way or another and don't even expend energy on pursuing girls for awhile.

It's one less thing to worry about, because it's so easy to eat high fats, I barely worry about being hungry now being I'm so full, and this is coming from someone that's only had 1300 calories today.

It's suppost to be better energy and I'm feeling it in the gym, listen to the other guys and quit bitching like a pussy on here, learn to be a rock. And read into the diet if you need it m8

Stop the self-pity. Change your posture, breathe deeply, and be a man.
Stop thinking and take concrete ACTIONS.
Go to the gym. Get in touch with your body.
Face your fears. Approach women to get over your anxiety.
Travel somewhere, pick up a new hobby, do something interesting.
Repeat and keep going when you fuck up.
