You're just hitting a low point right now and will look back at this in a few month and laugh. Like anyone, you're gonna go through extremes of feeling like a badass and feeling worthless and incompetent.

You're a Marine, so you've probably considered the concept of death pretty seriously. Death is the most horrifying concept for almost everybody, so those people actively try to avoid thinking about. But interestingly enough when you have to face it for whatever reason (combat, illness, suicidal thoughts), you slowly start to accept it its inevitability. And then that fear loses its control over you. For me, my biggest fear is probably public speaking. As stupid as it sounds, the stress of having to constantly worry about getting up in front of people is a fate worse than death. Although, when I'm forced to do it, the actual act isn't even a fraction as bad as the weeks spent worrying about it beforehand.

You've just pedestalized the pussy so much that that your biggest fear is never finding one to call your own. Well guess what. Even if you find the perfect women and get married, you can never truly own her. Even if you were perfect, you can't control their thoughts, actions, or desires so get the fuck over it. You and almost everyone you know will end up dying a lone in the end. Just talk to everyone you see and you'll never feel alone. If you really want kids, get a surrogate. There's ways around everything.

You can still visualize how you want your situation to be, but its only going to be enjoyable if you stop giving a fuck about the outcome of the situation.

You have the same problem that one of my best friends currently has. You're doing everything right, fitness, career, hobbies, etc. However, you still aren't getring the attention from women that you think you should. Take my buddy Bill for example, he lifts or does kickboxing every day of the week, has a good job in corporateland, house of his own, dresses and grooms well, isn't a bad looking guy (no homo), but somehow the women aren't flocking to him. They're getting pumped by Chad who is in a band and lives in a van down by the river.

Now I may not have a solution, but I can help you understand your problem better. I think you are seeking validation from women. We all have that problem or else why would we be here on TRP? Why not just get a hooker? Because it's not about pussy, it's about becoming the man that women WANT to fuck. If I were you I would focus on other life goals and focus on the things the world will remember you for after you die. What is your raison d'etre so to speak. Because if your whole life is focused around wanting a LTR then you are truly lost.

I keep hearing you say you've read the sidebar, regardless of if you have you cant just read it and magically feel better. you gotta put those sidebar theories into effect, try them out for a few months and then come back.

when did you start implementing these theories if you already have? i've been lurking on this subreddit since june..

didn't really start implementing these theories until august and its just now December and i am barely starting to see my life change in all aspects socially, emotionally, financially and sexually.

nobody is being condescending, its the way you perceive things... give it time. shit wont change overnight.
