I'm confused as how this is a guide.

It's more of a list of foods that I assume you are suggesting at popular fast food places.

If that was your aim I would suggest a Google docs spreadsheet of some sort.

I eat about 1400 lean calories Monday-Friday, and on Saturday I have a huge cheat day where I eat until I can not possibly eat anymore, and Sunday I fast all day and eat 400 calories before bed.

I've lost 20 pounds in the 3 months since I started doing it this way, started at 185 and my target is 158 and I am at 165 right now. Probably should hit my target by Memorial Day at this rate.

I wouldn't worry about counting calories and macros for cheat days. There are no limits for my cheat days. I'll go to Taco Bell or Jack in the Box or some shitty place and order more than I can eat and I am still fine.

I'm all about Chick-fil-A's grilled market salad, with a side of grilled nuggets. Tons of protein, minimal non-veg-carbs, a good bit of fiber and vitamins. And way too much sodium.
