There are two kinds of criticism - Mindless insults (You're shallow, you don't care about anything, etc.), and constructive criticism (You focus on short-term things without any forethought about the future and what consequences your short-term solutions will cause for the long-term).
I've learned from much experience that you have to differentiate the two, and how you differentiate them will determine whether or not you will accept the criticism dealt to you and use it to grow stronger or dismiss it as a simple insult.
Lions don't concern themselves with the opinions of sheep. The only opinion handed to you that should matter is your own, however, you have to consider the source of the criticism, as well. If some butthurt ex of yours calls you shallow, she's just pissed off because you dumped her sorry ass. However, if something like that were to come from one of your pack, you should consider it. Of course your pack won't just flat-out call you shallow, but they might say something along the lines of what I described above, like how you only focus on the short-term and not the long-term. Your bitch doesn't know you like your pack does. With your pack, you likely talk about things you wouldn't talk about to your bitch, and thus, your pack knows you better.
Considering how it's almost compulsory to put on a front for frame purposes for your bitch, or bitches, the "you" she sees isn't the "you" your pack sees.
On the off-chance that your bitch is actually somewhat intelligent and gives you criticism, odds are she's criticizing your facade; your frame. This isn't exactly useless, because you can use it to shape your frame, however, you should take that constructive criticism with a grain of salt. If your pack gives you constructive criticism, it's likely about the real you, unless they're referring specifically to your frame, how you appear to women.
If you get plenty of criticism from your pack about "you", but not much about your "frame", it might be helpful to ask them for ideas on how to improve your frame.
Conclusion
There are two types of criticism, useful and non-useful. Useful is the kind to improve and shape you, "You need to think long-term", and non-useful is insults or something similar, "You're shallow". Although it's helpful to consider the SOURCE of the criticism, you should almost always take it into consideration, depending on if it's coming from your woman, in that case, she's referring to your frame when talking about personality and the like, but if it comes from your pack, it should be considered at a higher priority and dug into deeper than if it came from the former.
