Summary I am not sure where I read this, but earlier today one of you suggested that we listen to a woman's body language versus the words that come out of her mouth. I tried this today and it worked really well!

Body:

So tonight I went out with a friend and took the advice above with me. I became more observant than usual with body language. Next to us were a couple of cute women talking to two younger guys. "Where are you from? Where do you work?" Were the topics. On the surace, the women were responding to them and engaging them in the conversation. In the past, I would have been the guy, thinking this was going somewhere. The body language, however, said it all. THe women's arms were crossed, their body pointed away from the guys, etc. However, you could see the excitement on the guy's face.

Later, I went to a dance bar and saw some women dancing. I start dancing with this chick and she's grinding on me. Her friend grabs her and says "she's with me". In the past I would have taken these words at face value. However, the friend did not move and was still grinding on me, playing with her hair and looking back at me. I grabbed her and got closer. Again, her friend said "she's with me". However, her body language did not match the verbal cues and we kept dancing.

Lesson Learned: Women talk with their bodies while men talk with their words. Pay attention to what her body is saying and you'll be more in tune with what she's actually thinking.
