I actually started redpilling myself before I learned about TRP. Im 21 and I've been used by women too much since I started liking them. I devoted so much of my time and energy to them. It has really messed me up. Looking back I see that I was definately that stereotypical blue pill, beta, woman pleasing guy that this sub hates. In some ways I still am. I never thought of it that way until my last bad experience with a girl.

I won't get too detailed but it was a year ago. I was talking to this cutie I worked with for about a month. Took her on a date, flirted all the time, I was starting to really like her. One day she decided she wanted Chad and cut me off like I was nothing. Made a fool of me and it hurt like hell. I remember feeling like such a beta and that I just was not meant to be a man (in the masculine sense).

All my bad experiences with girls considered - I decided I didn't want to give a shit about girls anymore. I made the decision to redirect all of my focus to myself. I started to focus on what I wanted to do for a career, focusing on my health, improving myself in anyway I can. This is my life and girls should want to be part of it without me chasing them. So I'll make myself a desirable human being and I won't worry about pleasing women because this is my life, my world, and I'm free to be myself.

Then I found TRP. It all makes so much sense now and it's so relieving to know I'm not alone. Our culture has really warped our minds. I don't look down on women or more 'alpha' men though, and honestly the part of TRP where guys talk about women like they are evil creatures is disgusting. None of it should matter anyway, just keep working to build your life up and stop stressing over females. Anyway, this has been my experience so far so I figured I'd share. I have a long way to go I'm sure but this kind of growth is what molds a man!
