A couple of years back I came across Mystery's PUA book and checked out a couple of his youtube videos. I thought it was the stupidest thing I'd ever seen (but kind of entertaining). I had never been terribly successful with women but I also wasn't a slouch. I did okay. Partly because I'm a control freak, so I was accidentally doing some things right.

A nagging part of me thought that maybe Mystery was on to something, though the thought repulsed me. A couple of years later I read The Game but that was because I love Neil Strauss's writing. It was a bit more convincing though.

I didn't want to accept what either book said, because I had grown up learning that the way to a woman's heart was through affection and common interests. I sought out women who were more intellectual and who I had had similar experiences to. I had no idea that none of those traits had anything to do with attraction and none would guarantee a healthy relationship.

One night at a show I pulled out just a couple of the tricks from those two books. Even though I was overweight and older than the women I interacted with by a good ten years, EVERYTHING worked. It wasn't even tricky. EVERY. THING. WORKED. I actually had to pick the girl I wanted to make out with in the end because there were too many choices.

This was such a huge eye opener. I was such a dick that night. I stole purses and forced my way into peoples' personal space. I judged women openly to their faces and made bold physical contact without regard. Since I had never really had any intention of learning the PUA stuff to actually apply it, I'm sure I acted like a complete dick rather than someone hip to social interaction. Or at least that's how it seemed to me.

So I continued to randomly use the things I had learned when the situation called for it. I don't go out a lot so it didn't usually apply. One night at a bar I got an 8's phone number and weeks later I was banging her on my terms. She was cheating on a long distance boyfriend. When he eventually moved to town she would call whenever he left town to get fucked good. Oh, I should also mention that the books changed my sex life. I no longer cared what women wanted in bed and just used her as my toy. For my pleasure. She loved it. The books don't say anything about that, but I guess I just extrapolated.

I also had a couple of one night stands. One with a girl 15 years my junior.

Here is the problem. I don't want this to be the way things are. Eventually, the 8 got back with her boyfriend. I wouldn't bother getting back in touch with the one night stands, though I did fuck one of them again one other time.

I want women to be better than they are. I want to tell feminists that I wish they were right, but that they just aren't. Women and men will never be equal. Neither is better than the other but men will always drool over big hips and big tits and women will always want to fuck alphas and marry betas.

Believe me I wish this wasn't the case. I can't imagine I'll ever be in a relationship again. I don't want a puppy dog in my house that I have to train. I don't want to constantly have to reinforce my alpha status in my own house like I would with a fucking chihuahua. But women, this is the way you are. This is the way it is. Don't blame us. Many, like myself, would prefer to be wrong.
