After two months of taking my daily dose of TRP, trying out some theory, experiencing some things, and having lots of realizations and reading a lot of great advice, I've come up with the following list for myself to follow for practicing RP.

I. I will not blame women, society, or individuals for my life problems. Despite the reality that I have been conditioned against my will and choice in a way that makes me miserable, I have the freedom to still make choices. So long as I have this freedom, I shall not rail against injustice but man up and make the needed changes.

II. I will not allow my feelings to dictate my actions. I will allow feelings to arise as they will, then I will make choices based on what my goals are and not on how I feel in the moment.

III. I will not define my self worth on whether or not people reject me or not. Instead, I will base my self worth on my accomplishments and efforts in life. I will therefore refrain from feeling good for being accepted by others, and I will refrain from feeling bad for being rejected by others. Instead, I will feel good for doing my best, seeking to accomplish my goals, and fulfill my highest potential. I will feel bad for not doing my best, and therefore selling myself short, not seeking my goals, and being complacent.

IV. I will be ever mindful that every single choice in life comes down to making a choice between freedom and security, and nothing more. I will seek freedom ruthlessly, and seriously question whenever I want to seek security and whether seeking security in a situation is in accordance with my goals or not.

V. I will look for men worthy of RP knowledge and test them to see if they are ready. I will not deny RP knowledge to those who are obviously seeking it or ready for it. Nor will I reveal it to those who are unready for it or will use it against me.

VI. I will lead what men I can, and I will allow myself to be led by men greater than me, letting them set an example I will aspire to. There is no ego here, only a drive for success.

VII. I will treat women with respect as women are people, nevertheless I will never again forget that women are women and men are men, that they not only think and operate differently but have undergone separate kinds of conditioning in our society. In essence, I will never again look at women as "the same as men" but rather women as "deserving of the same legal, financial and political rights as men".

VIII. In all things I will seek to operate in accordance with the laws of nature and my own natural desires, seeking to let them flow freely and without oppression while doing as little harm to others as possible.

IX. I will never, ever marry a woman who I am merely "settling" for. If she is not literally the girl of my dreams, then she will never be my wife.

X. I will retain my core values and treasure them as the sun itself, for if I lose my core values I will lose myself.

tldr:

I. Man up

II. Stay focused on goals and not feelings

III. Base your self worth on productivity and success, not on what other people think.

IV. Be mindful that all choices come down to being a decision between security and freedom.

V. Share RP knowledge with the worthy, hide it from those who would reject it or use it against you.

VI. Lead your lessers and be led by your greaters as examples of what you want to become, seek to improve yourself and those around you without ego.

VII. Treat women with respect because they are people, but never forget that men are men and women are women.

VIII. Operate in accordance with natures laws and your own natural desires. Do not obstruct nature.

IX. Never marry a woman you have just "settled" for. Accept nothing less than your dream girl.

X. Retain your core values, guard them as you would your life
