I think Bro Marriages would be hilarious. I can't even imagine what a dual groom hedonistic bachelor party would be like.

Don't delude yourself though. There would be legislation introduced designed to thwart this sort of loophole. And probably the most likely would be weaponizing children.

Still though. The thought of husbands reeling in the benefits of marriage with none of the bullshit is pure comedy.

I can see this being a great topic to bring up to a group of girls to really rile em up.

The idea of men marrying men for the benefits or security feels like taking up smoking for the health benefits and great breath.

What benefits or security would they be getting? At best, maybe a $2k-$3k tax perk for filing jointly if the combined wages fit in a specific range. Other than that, all of the normal risks with divorce are still present; trusting it better because the big red panic button is under the finger of a guy instead of a girl, well, that's a judgement call but I still see it as accepting risks with minimal to no benefit for doing so.

I've thought of this very same thing before, too! "Traditional" marriage is pretty much nonexistant and a joke nowadays, what with "marital rape" laws, no fault divorce laws, lifetime spousal support, etc. I have no moral qualms with gay people, and never objected to a right for them to marry before, but "traditional marriage' means nothing anymore. If two men can marry, I (a straight man) could marry one of my straight male friends. We wouldn't have to fuck each other since we obviously wouldn't want to, keeping an "open marriage" and banging whatever chicks we wanted, and get all the benefits that marriage provides. If the bachelor tax ever becomes a reality, that's a bullet dodged, too. If we divorced, we wouldn't get vindictive like women are and try to gouge one another for all they're worth.

It is an interesting thought experiment. Exposes government regulation of marriage as stupid, because it becomes just another system for individuals to exploit for their own personal gain, instead of keeping marriage what it was intended for: a way for the beta male majority to have regular access to sex, have an incentive to build a great society, and produce more people to keep the species and civilization going, while giving women security and the children they're driven to have.

Let me explain: in old fashioned conservative societies still existing man can fulfill his desire for security, and peaceful family life by marrying a woman ... Taking everything said til now to be given, I predict something like this to start appearing (if it didn't already): straight men will be seen starting "gay marriages" (partnerships) for the benefits marriage with man brings, while still dating women for sexual fulfillment!

Men looking for stability and social inclusion used to see marriage to one good woman as the solution. Marriage not being such a reliable solution any more, it makes sense that men will look to other men as a source of stability and social inclusion, not in a gay marriage, but in men's clubs and fraternal organizations. These groups have a long history of providing stability, community, and social security to their members: a home away from home, a bed to sleep in whenever the need arises, advantageous group deals on things like insurance.

Fraternal organizations have been and will continue to be smeared as misogynistic, stuck in the past. Another common smear is that they're repressed homosexual, so it would be quite funny if such an organization decided for tax reasons or just for shits and giggles to define itself as one big gay marriage.

For me it's not about keeping anyone "subdued" or obedient. It's just demanding to be respected, rather than having these shallow, greedy bitches throw shit in our face, and be self righteous in doing so.

Heheh, if men have to partner up like Chuck and Larry to get health care or some shit, then that's what it takes!

Some UK politicians are claiming this will allow men to marry their sons to avoid inheritance tax as well.

The liberal feminist elite want to destroy tradition and attack society. If men do start doing what you suggest they will be contributing to the downfall. The continued loss of marriage as an institution that binds civilisation together for the rearing of children will be reduced to a tax scam.

Of course maybe that isn't such a bad thing, something of an old order will emerge from the ashes.
