The Trivium is the idea that in the pyramid of knowledge those at the top possess all the knowledge and as you go lower in the pyramid you possess less and less knowledge and are more compartmentalized.

Body

The Blue Pill is an emotional indoctrination process which systematically "nudges" your acceptance of knowledge so that it is limited only to what is accepted by the "Official Narrative" within the herd mind.

We call this being "dumbed down".

But the positive term is to be Normal.

The Blue Pill uses emotional terms such as "Crazy" and "Conspiracy Theorist" as it's primary method to steer you away from knowledge. The media's "job" within the Blue Pill is to distribute false information which is packed with heavy emotional "spin" to point you away from the truth.

The Red Pill reverses this.

In the Red Pill we try to see reality from the big picture perspective, so in effect we see the pyramid from a higher position than the lowly beta who sees only his limited knowledge. Very often the beta is happy to be normal because he accepts his limited knowledge set. Slavery can be a happy reality.

Conclusion

We can make this observation in the way reality is perceived:

 

  • Blue Pill reality : People are either Normal or Crazy.

  • Red Pill reality : People are either Brainwashed or Awake.

 

Always use your intuition when listening to what someone is saying. Interpret what they are saying as falling into one of these two camps.

The pyramid is all knowledge.

Normal is a very limited subset of knowledge. ("dumbed down")

To break free of the Blue Pill you increase your knowledge base.

Even bad information is of value because over time you can figure out where it fits into the pyramid. Bad information can lead to the crime itself because the person creating the false information is usually covering his tracks. People often lie in predictable ways. (and that's a clue)
