Usually, I fuck them a lot, and when I'm not fucking them, I'm generally putting myself in a position to be showing or teaching them something. I generally prove my worth by having informative and useful shit to say no matter the occasion, and I also fuck like it's my job and have spent years exploring as many sexual roles and tricks as I possibly could. I've probably taken it harder than you can give it, and that's given me perspective.

So yeah, pound them like they were made for it (which they were), and appear useful. It's been the way of man for thousands of years.

This is incorrect. You can have all of the knowledge in the world yet all that matters is what you do with it. A lot of new guys are still in the "Getting to know women again" phase and thats how they come to us. Its a necessary phase but once you know them (again) there is no forgetting it.

If there is one piece of advice I can offer its that
1) You must be consistent. You must lay out your rules and plans early and often.
2) Follow the 16 commandments as best you can and check out Married Man Sex Life. Know that the girl you are dealing with was, (at one point) not your girl. She will not be consistent for you, it is your job to guide the relationship.
3) Punish swiftly, reward intermittently.
4) Don't let her bitch you up, she will make life comfortable and if you get caught slackin there are whole communities of men who will be lining up to swoop your bitch.

Just maintain game if you're in a relationship. The same things that attract women initially will maintain the attraction throughout.

The mistake that guys make is believing her when she acts as though her love and attraction is unconditional. It isn't, and why should it be? So don't drop the alpha traits that drew her initially. Just mix it in with genuine affection. But never act as though you're dependent on her... That's when she'll lose interest.

TRP is about getting yourself the best life you can. If you want a LTR do it. Don't stop because you are in a LTR- if you were only here for advice about how to pick up women you're missing out on 75% of what goes on here.

She may\will start criticizing your friends\family. This is to shame you into spending less time with them and even leading up to little\no time. Do not let this happen.
Go out and do things without here.
Do not move in together unless you are 100% certain you want to marry and have kids with this girl in the next 12 months.
Try hard not to change your mind too often. She will consistently try to change your mind. Don't be fair- she won't be. You will wind up going 50/50 and she will go 90/10.
Stay calm when she is fuming mad.
Do not give in to the tears that will follow after fuming mad does not work.

One more thought- you need game to get a woman to have a relationship with. You REALLY need game if you plan on keeping that relationship healthy and happy.

I practice Pickup Artist Polyamory which gives me sex and affection, lots of happiness, and zero drama.
Logistically speaking, I make sure I always have female options, I follow Tubarao's relationship rules and I soft next her whenever the situation demands it.

Also, I work to have male friends and personal goals and hobbies outside of her.
