I don't know my mbti type.

30 turning 31 in July.

I was raised by immagrents and they were very lenient because I did whatever I wanted. My father used to beat me until I was 16 when I fought back and he never touched me after.

I always broke the rules and tried to get away with it.l was a free spirit. We were poor I wanted to play hockey we had no money I started working at 12 to earn money to play.

In relationships I was always the kid who didn't give a shit. I was attractive and I could find replacements easily so I never really cared.

I also have a hard time with feelings (like actually feeling emotions) I was always a romantic though because of growing up Disney and buying into their love (which I still kind of belive in)

I have had a false rape claim. But I also had the whole incident on video where she screamed out consent in ecstacy.

I managed to fight of the illegal recording charges under the guise of a home surveillance system.

I found trp by lurking on reddit I can't remember. Then I liked giving advice but I was banned from ask men, relationships, and a bunch of other threads for my brand of no bullshit advice.

I train dogs now but worked in advertising previously.

Red pill didn't Change my life as I am how I always have been.

Kids is tuff and varies from boy and girl. Structured freedom is my plan. I also plan to use operant conditioning to create the most successful offspring I also look for a partner that provides the most genetic advantages vs looking for love.

I'm a lost wanderer.

This is a lot to cover and makes me think I should start my own blog if younger guys really want to know this shit.

49 and INTP

I am 49, INTP and have so many stories that I could clog the bandwidth.

MBTI

But let's deal with the MBTI first. I had a part time job at my university's career center and one perk was that I could do a complete psych test - including the proper MBTI - and then get a full debrief from my colleague who was qualified career consultant. So I am confirmed as INTP legitimately and not by some nonsense internet test.

Even before taking the test and being assessed I knew something was off about me and that I needed to develop skills that offset my personal weaknesses.

TRAIN AGAINST TYPE

I joined the army reserves, my university debating society, and became a trial attorney. So I am INTP but here is what I did:

military ESTJ
Debating ENTJ
(Divorce) lawyer ENFJ

In terms of tendencies I am still very INTP, but in terms of behaviors I draw a flat line because I have trained myself to do what I gotta do in any particular circumstances.

I made another post about this and it all comes down to energy management. As an introvert I need alone time to recharge my batteries, but nobody who has met me in the last 20 years would think that I am introverted. I can extrovert at will but there is a price. While I am INTP I can go ESFJ for a couple of hours max. My training lets me do things that are totally out of my nature, but there is that price to pay.

RED PILL BEFORE THERE WAS RED PILL

OP is asking about older guys so here are a few stories from 20 or 30 years ago that qualify as "Red Pill" well before there was such a thing.

As a young kid I had a lot of female friends. Primary school boys think girls have cooties, but I thought there were rather nifty. I skipped rope, played hop scotch and was perhaps thought of as a fag but in quiet moments I was playing doctor Suzie whats-her-name rather than reading the latest issue of Ironman.

Then my eyes went bad and I had to wear glasses. This was complete death, socially speaking. For about a decade nobody - women or men - took me seriously.

When I turned 18 I said enough is enough.

I ditched my glasses in favour of contact lenses
I got the coolest hair cut (circa 1984 in Toronto, that was House of Lords)
Bought a cool wardrobe (circa 1984 Toronto, that was Le Chateau)
Joined the army reserves as a military engineer
Joined a rock band as their lead singer.

THE TRANSITION: getting over the anger phase

I went from zero to hero basically overnight and I had a lot of resentment over how shitty people treated me when I was nerdly and now that I was "popular" they had some fetish interest in me.

Frankly, I managed the whole situation poorly. I had no conception of how much power I had given myself. I could have fucked every cheerleader in that school but settled on the HB6 who boogied into my jam session.

It wasn't anger, it was disgust. It was a Red Pill moment where I simply realized how shallow most people are, and then I decided to move on.

TEN YEARS LATER AND A NEW BEGINNING

I won't bore/entertain you with the details of the next decade but when I was pushing 30 I had to reinvent myself again.

Male Pattern Baldness had set in, my career was stagnant, I was sick of my home town, and generally I needed a change.

I shaved my head on the basis that it was better to be bald rather than balding. It was a radical move for the time (1994) but Natural Born Killers was out and nerd-meister Woody Harrelson had become so alpha that I went down that road. I ditched my pedo moustache and went for the goatee/Vandyke.

The response from women was interesting to say the least.

At this point I had mustered out the army and traded in my uniform for black jeans and a biker jacket.

Well Holy Fuck if the women did not come out of the woodwork to get their bad boy.

I am a "white knight" in the classic sense, rather than the way the manosphere uses the term. I never had anger about women and disgust had moved on.

But in this phase the women that wanted me wanted the bad boy: they wanted to put themselves a risk and even be abused.

It made no sense at time but follows Red Pill logic.

CHINA CALLING

I gave up on the military and gave up on being a lawyer. I took a gig teaching economics and that lead to teaching ESL in China, where I now live.

It's a totally different game here. I canoodled with this one, have a great fuck relationship with this one and I am trying to finesse an LTR with this one who is a full 22 years younger than me.

Life is good; let's see how it plays out.

Age: 48

How was your childhood upbringing: Very strict and Teutonic. Father was a bit of a douche - cared a lot about his own entertainment first and used the rod way too much. Mother was VERY powerful. Took no shit, but was always there if you needed her. Set very high expectations. She is the primary reason I am where I am today.

In your relationships how did you act before red pill: Not too different. I just found the RP, but I has been moving towards it since my teens.

Have you been divorced raped or have had a false rape claim: Nope

What led you to stumble on the Red Pill: I have a very evolutionary view of sexual relations, but my worldview was very empirical and piecemeal. TRP gathered everything in one place.

What Career do you have: Former Wall Streeter. Current entrepreneur and venture capitalist.

After the red pill how did your life change: Nothing much. Just confirmed what I already knew.

What parenting plans would you have (if you had kids): Strict. Especially important for a good father/daughter relationship.

Lastly what is your lifes work or vision: Keep working, keep being successful. Never stop.

Edit: What do you hate and love most about females: Their lack of logic. The sex they offer.

ENTP -debater. Devil's advocate Age 30s

Upbringing - beta farther was abused. Mom hated him.

Relationships - beta. Initial alpha then beta. Took risks at the start. Supplication ensued.

No divorce or false rape.

How I stumbled on the red pill - I was seriously pissed off after a four year relationship. Couldn't figure out why. I googled bumble is sexist. Some guy on TRP posted the same thing. I had never been on reddit before. Then I found the side bar, and could not unsee what I saw.

Sales.

Everything changed after TRP. my expectations changed of life. Of people. Of relationship dynamics. Every damn thing changed. To be more correct, everything on the outside stayed the same. My inner workings changed so I reacted different to the world.

Lead a religious life and teach my kids the value of conservative views.

Life vision? RP city. I shit you not. Before I'm dead, I'll have an RP city. I'm going to die trying to do this.

Love about females?the ability to put all my stress into fucking them. It's really satisfying.

Hate about females? the hamster can make nothing into anything.

How was your childhood upbringing: divorced parents, a lot of bitching from both parents on each other

What Career do you have: Senior Management in my field

After the red pill how did your life change: focused on myself and my plan, stopped giving two shits about wife's feelings and bitching.

What parenting plans would you have (if you had kids): to own their actions, be accountable. I plan to be their oak.

Vision: Only be loyal to those who prove their loyalty to you and are worth of it.

Age: around 35

How was your childhood upbringing: insane depressive and abusive mother, father traveled all week, home on weekends. He was a pretty good parent.

In your relationships how did you act before red pill: I was about 90% alpha behavior prior to PTSD.

Have you been divorced raped or have had a false rape claim: 1 false rape claim from an exgf in high school. Fortunately it was a reasonably public place, I kissed her, she said no, I walked and 3 other people saw it.

What led you to stumble on the Red Pill: I don't remember.

What Career do you have: IT Consultant

After the red pill how did your life change: Wife is happy, I am happy. I look significantly better, feel better, and things are going great.

What parenting plans would you have (if you had kids): Have 5. They are doing great.

How was your childhood upbringing: Moved from foster home to foster home until I was 18. Mostly poor or lower middle class families. Got into trouble a lot, on the receiving end of various parenting styles.

In your relationships how did you act before red pill: Short, not enough of them.

Have you been divorced raped or have had a false rape claim: nope

What led you to stumble on the Red Pill: Started googling for tips on text and tinder game. This led me to MGTOW and TRP.

What Career do you have: Software Engineer

After the red pill how did your life change: Confirmed some suspicions. Changed some of my priorities.
What parenting plans would you have (if you had kids): Not spoil them and let them turn into entitled, unaccomplished deluded fools.

ENTP-T / DEBATER

Age: 38

How was your childhood upbringing: two parent household, saw my dad be an asshole to my mom up until highschool until I moved out and joined the Marines. Dad would beat my mom so that ducked me up later in life. They are still married everything is calm now. Got punished a lot and felt like I was always trying to make my parents happy. 3.5+ GPA student, did sports and clubs just to stay out of the one bedroom apartment I lived in with my parents and two brothers and sister.

In your relationships how did you act before red pill: Always tried to make the girl happy, take her out and vacations. Wasn't a complete beta as I didn't give up on always bettering myself. That is one constant even though in the last relationship I put some stuff on the back burner as I went back to school to get my teaching credential. Everything is back to 100% to working on my projects.

Have you been divorced raped or have had a false rape claim: No, luckily she agreed to divorce the easy way since she was decent enough to take responsibility for her actions.

What led you to stumble on the Red Pill: accident or mention on a relationship sub.

What Career do you have: Teacher

After the red pill how did your life change: learning that I overcompensated for how I saw my dad treat my mom growing up. I went complete opposite end of the spectrum. I always told myself I wouldn't be an asshole like my dad and put women on a pedestal because of it and am letting go of my insecurities. It's been a hit and miss as I've had silly successes since my separation but striking out with older women so my aloof game is strong with 25 year olds, so just gotta make it consistent. After the separation I finally had my own place! I went from joining the Marines, living with my GF soon afterwards, the college roommates then living with more roommates up until I got married. Living at the beach has had its moments but my anger phase initially made it difficult to make people want to hang out. Now, I am slowly building up my stable of plates. I did slip up as I got oneitis for a 31 year old but two months afterwards I woke up again and broke it off. Im on vacation now in South America for the next 6 weeks using this as a way to let go, write, draw, and shake it off.

What parenting plans would you have (if you had kids): mom staying at home with kids. I also freelance for extra money and my salary plus VA benefits and vacation time makes it a very possible plan. Also, I'm big on discipline, setting the rules and boundaries so I'll need a partner who respects and accepts that.

Lastly what is your lifes work or vision:writing a book then to make that into a movie, I'm making a daily web comic trying to build my work discipline and just writing and drawing, painting and oh yea, THIS: www.HeavyStarWars.com , gonna go cross fit or a gym with a schedule when I get back. I hate that my exercise discipline went from being able to run , swim and body weight to non existent so I'm gonna go the routine route until I can learn again to hold myself accountable. I take everyday as a life lesson.

Edit: What do you hate and love most about females: The way a hug and enjoying a walk together makes my day and I can relax. Also, women who are polite and considerate. Hair +++

I don't appreciate being a punching bag for their PMS or their shitty work relations. And friends, holy cow they can make or break a woman.
