Lawyer. Now. Do not talk with anyone without representation.

Lawyer asap. Tell them the whole truth and nothing but the truth. You're already presumed guilty so don't talk to anyone other than your lawyer. Best of luck amigo.

If this is the reality that you college kids have to deal with I truly feel for you guys. It's quite disturbing that you're even dealing with a situation like this. How are these young men supposed to have a healthy outlook on women and relationships if this type of shit is going on?

You're basically fucked. They will believe her over you, so you already have a disadvantage.

Second this. Sorry big guy, you're fighting a losing battle. I won't focus on what you shouldn't have done (drink to blackout and party, likely with stimulants involved) but what you should do. Ask them if you can sign a non return letter to stop going to the college in exchange for not having a mark on your school record. Unlikely but sometimes administrators work with students. What you shouldn't do is talk to the chick. You'll be seen as guilty and probably charged with witness intimidation if the police get involved, no matter what you say.
Sucks but this is the world you live in now thanks to the unrelenting caws of the Left. Sorry you had to swallow the red pill this way.

Get a lawyer immediately.
Don't get blacked out drunk.

You need external legal advice from OUTSIDE college.
Admit to nothing, including memory loss.

What did your lawyer advise you to do? Obviously you've spoken to a lawyer because it would be very dumb to do otherwise. So talk to your lawyer ASAP.
Forget thinking : "I can't afford a lawyer" money is nothing compared to your freedom and reputation. Do it.

Hi guys, thanks for the advice. I've talked with a lawyer, and he basically told me not to do anything stupid until the investigations are over i.e. no partying, no talking, etc. He doesn't think this case will have grounds for suspension or expulsion (due to the lack of evidence, but that may change once the investigation is over), but that I will be given disciplinary action and most likely be put on probation. We will be waiting until my hearing to take any measures. Again, thanks for the advice.

(Reposting without link to legaladvice per subreddit rules)
This subreddit is not the right place if you're serious and if you want to get advice. Go to legaladvice if you want real help.
Also, it's better if you try to build a timeline of what you know and don't write it as a narrative. Figure out if she went to middle school with you - don't write "I'm not soft enough to play with girls" as your defense... Also, having sex before going to a party doesn't prevent you from putting your arm around someone else (???).
Right now it sounds like the accuser has witnesses? Do you have anyone who can back you up? If you're the only person on your side and you already admitted to blacking out, it doesn't look good; you'll need someone at the party who can support you or some good character witnesses.

Oh please, don't get your legal advice from strangers on the Internet, hire a lawyer. You can completely mess up your life here, don't screw around with it.

That's the advice they usually give. In 99% of posts. 100% of posts like this. It's just that it can help you see your options almost immediately rather than waiting a day to see a lawyer. Or week depending on financial situation, but most lawyers will get you a free consult.

I don't know a lot about how the law works either. Can they search OP's internet history and see that he's been on redpill?
