I'm not concerned a concern troll - I'm not pretending to be part of this community, I'm not part of the communty at all. I just dropped by and noticed an inconsistency between the rules and the content on the side bar. There's no need for so much defensiveness.

Honestly, the last time I got so much hostility from a subreddit was when I suggested to ShitRedditSays that their are sometimes sound reasons for not taking blood from high HIV risk populations.

It didn’t even matter if the guy was black. College athletes did not even TRY to get laid.

Funny, the 'it didn't even matter' line works whether the writer considers their race a plus or a minus. Please reconsider which one you read it has, then also consider that he specifically said it didn't matter.

So...apparently we're supposed to be sympathetic to poor unfortunate Michael, but athletes, people who don't go to college, people who work at carnivals, people with tattoos, DJs, people in bands, and black people are "losers".

Look, I just wanted to point it out because i thought it was a mistake. I don't see why there is a reason to hunt around and find another one. I'm sure you can find racist posts in every unmodded subreddit.

It's just that this one is on the sidebar. That's the only reason i brought it up. If people are already aware of it / don't think it is an issue, then it was a mistake to bring it up. I really don't think I'm misreading the authors meaning, but I guess you don't agree. That's fine. You've got absolutely no obligation to explain your interpretation if you don't feel like it.

In response to your edit: I wasn't trolling. Trolling is when you misrepresent your views or try to get a rise out of people. I legitimately thought that this forum didn't want racist posts. I tried to follow the guidelines and everything. I can delete the post if it doesn't fit.

"Don't judge" is a nonsensical suggestion. All thought concerning other people is judgement. He has judged them, I have judged him, and you are judging me right now. Judging others is normal and good.
