Disclaimer: Having a sexual activity with someone against their will using or threatening physical or emotional force is one of the worst crimes I can think of, and I'm sure most will agree.

Having said that, the rape laws you guys have in the US or Canada are there to demonize sexuality and to dehumanize men in order to make way for female supremacy.

Don't want a dick up your ass? Say so. But don't play along and cry rape the next day. And if you're terrified of rape then get to know the guy before you invite him to your room and take off all your clothes.

This is a result of the "don't teach women to avoid rape, teach men to not rape"

Women don't learn that some individuals are rapist thus not taking precautions to avoid being raped.

OR this girl got banged like a dirty whore after a party, now realize it could be bad for her reputation so she screams rape to save her social status and her ego from admitting she's a whore.

Something I just realized today: You don't hear a lot of stories of men getting raped by other men because they felt scared or intimidated or the rapist had the wrong idea. Nor with women on women.

Why is that?

This post is actually not helping anyone. The guy in the argument was totally wrong. To tell her that men have no control is total bullshit and makes men look weak. I agree with woman in the argument. Just because she invited him over doesn't mean he can force sex on anyone. If the woman decides not to fuck the guy it's her choice. Is she a tease? Maybe. Would most of us guys be upset? Yes. Does it give the right to "lose control" and rape someone? No. Now I'm not saying this girl was raped, I don't know the details. But the guy in this argument is an idiot.
