You can do whatever you want. However the evidence is conclusive. The wrong type of smile in the wrong situation is detrimental to your social success.

Don't get confrontational if you have ASD. You wouldn't wanna display the legendary beta/autism rage. Use amused mastery instead. Agree and amplify. Withdraw attention of you feel she wronged you. Shift if blame and attention onto them. Things like that. Don't mention what tilted you. They already know most of the time, and if you mention it they are gonna try and downplay it or mock you.

What you believe will have an immense effect on how you act and thus behave. To avoid not going to the root cause if you have an obvious negative fixed idea that you can't get rid of doesn't make you manly and is not going to be productive for you

There's plenty of evidence and studies made that conclude children of single mothers have a much much higher risk of having mental health issues. Their daughters become muff munchers in a much higher grade. Their children commit suicide way more often. It's simply unhealthy to live in a female lead household.

This is a thought loop. You have to reject the bad feelings and thoughts when they arise. Like meditation. Notice and push aside because they are irrelevant. I know it's very hard in long established thought patterns but it's completly crucial you try and keep on trying when you fail. It can take months but even one bad thought loop a day avoided is a victory for you. Also try and force new thoughts in. Allow yourself to feel good whenever you know you did good. Compliment yourself whenever you …

Not necessarily. You need to filter out what is societal pressure and your true desires. When you are able to do that you can start pursuing what your impulses tell you

Nothing would tick her off more than indifference. Being mad with her and doing something to "emotionally" scar her will only give her ammunition to rationalize what she has done. With indifference from your part she will have to face the reality she's a shit person.

Hiking, wood working, drawing electronic circuits, painting warhammer figures, clay sculpturing, martial arts. Anything really that requires concentration, dedication and knowledge. And which isn't done as a procrastination but rather an expression. Being able to become so skilled at your chosen expression to make money of it is just a bonus to the spirituality of practicing it.

Reminds me of the experiment where a woman got locked in a room with a dolphin for research purposes and when the dolphin ignored her she started having sexual relations with it to get it to comply. After all I've read I'm starting to view woman sexuality as a function to snare uncooperative things.

What have made you angry? Also if you wanna feel, don't smoke weed. Weed mask your negative emotions. Masking your emotions prevent them from being felt and dealt with.

You don't owe these 'women' anything. They have no power over you. They couldn't even physically harm you if they tried. Why do we feel like we have to care? Why does it upset us so much? Do you get this upset when a man acts irrationally towards you? I suspect there is a pedestal involved.

This is why you should be careful when mentioning RP truths. If around the wrong kind of people they will be willing to physically hurt you for the slightest bit of female validation. Let that sink in. People want to HURT YOU to have a woman call them a good boy.

The top comment is the definition of cuck. "You become a better person after getting used by guys" Why do these "men" say this? Because that's what they think she wants to hear.

Best advice is. Don't shit where you eat. Having sex with her can get you in all kinds of trouble. Specially if you plate her and she expected commitment. Her seeing you every day after such an ordeal will definitely cause a problem. If you still insist. Film it so she can't accus you of rape.

Its not the shaming towards slut society really need. Its more the knowledge that they are used up women who can't keep committed and can't feel true intimacy. Making men refuse to partner with them. There is no need for shaming when actions speak louder than words.

Cherry picking. There are a good amount of side bar material showing and explaining why women aren't inferior. Would you judge an entire group on a single instance? And if you would, Do you judge Muslims or Jews as hate groups too because many of their holy books encourage murder and rape towards the none believers?

I wouldn't go bp because they accept everything that's said at face value. Even if it makes them hate a subreddit as big as trp when its explained and proven times again they don't see women as inferior only vastly different mentally and physically from men. Its almost like being bp is a synonym for being naive and hateful

Id like to add that IF you feel the need to supress emotions you have already lost the game. A man SHOULDNT feel much emotion towards modern common situations. Anything that wasn't felt during our 300k+ years as per modern men isn't valid emotions to attract women.

You miss the point. What everyone is trying to say is that apologizing for others feelings when you yourself have only done your best is a paradox. If you try to tend to others emotions like that you will quickly devolve into a little bitch used as an emotional sponge that everyone piss on. Sounds like a typical "just be yourself" tip. But if you interpret it right its really useful. What it really means is: Think before you speak. Know what you want to communicate. And top tier would be to have a planned sentence structure. The more you know what you are going to say is going to be formulated. The better it will sound.

There are a few racetams that increase NGF already. Although I have tried them, when my love wasn't directed to any one person I just experienced increased cognitive functions, mood and energy. This is theorized about in evolutionary science. Only high status males are allowed to give women attention and get away with it. When they get attention by a low status male they feel discomfort. This discomfort is supposed to help them avoid getting fertilized by inferior seed.

That's retarded and a good way to raise a dysfunctional kid. There are obvious physical differences. Men has more strength and quicker muscle growth than women. Men have much more stable hormones allowing them to perceive their world with a constant stable frame of reference to their emotions. Something most women lack and therefor get very subjective views of their situations. Evolutionary biology has for many hundred thousand years favored women to be gentle and nurturing maybe even a bit passive. A man would want to be sure his woman didn't run off and…

Men started getting more comfortable with their 8-5 jobs. Competition lowered. Men got more feminine. Women saw this but desired masculine men. Maturing an experience is not about sitting and thinking it through over and over. Sure thinking about it gets you closer to the moment but what's more important is feeling. Reinduce the feelings you had, let them pass, over and over again until you realize your feelings had no significance in what happend. You had strong emotions because you are immature in your approach to the situation. And hopefully next time you won't have as strong feelings about petty things. Am I making sense?

I'd argue more that it is the oneitis that's driving man. The thought of a faithful submissive wife. Whores and sluts are in endless supplies but can only satisfy a man so much. And when the classic submissive wife is nearly gone in our world, men lose motivation.

Anything as long as the rest of the time you are keeping your masculine frame. The outside bears witness on what is on the inside. If you are muscular and have good posture it tells women you are interested in sports, which is a masculine drive. What scares me is that even if your BP example is wrote in a slightly satirical manner and that 100% of BPs will deny thinking like that. Stopping pedestalizing. Woman want to be dominated in a relationships! I had a girl claiming that she wanted to be equal in every way, she would o…

Nature is sexist. Women are physically weaker. Women performs worse at certain mental tasks. Besides, TRP advocates not treating women special and that it creates attraction when you don't give them their usual privileges.

In turn I disagree with you. TRP isn't about seeing through anything and "calling people out" on anything. Its about the conscious choice of not playing along with those who want you to fill a certain role. Not playing along coincidentally makes you the most attractive guy in the room but that's just a plus to the immense amount of freedom and self respect you will feel. Feelings lost for those who are under the spell of women, thinking they would have a worse life without the demands and disres…

I simply don't engage in discussion with them about that. Constantly stearing the subject away from it if they try to talk about it. Move your attention on someone/ something else if they insist on talking about it. The mindset should be that they are less fun talking to when they bring it up, thus losing your attention. Her: SailorJery you ought to be emberrased that your gender is spreading toxic deadly stare rape patriarchy just by looking at women You: That's silly. By the way have you seen …

It's very rare for feminine women to appear in media and when they do they are portrayed as weak and helpless in a graceless and pathetic way. The question is if someone is pushing this image or if they figured out it sells better. The conspirytard in me leans to the first alternative but it could be the second due to girls self resentment and other mental issues from growing up without a strong masculine father.

Stop posting these. This sub isn't about anti feminism. Your post is literally content-less in relevance to the sub.

Mother a monster, father abscent. I guess a lot of us are here because we lacked the natural family structure to mature with. Instead either had single mothers or pussified fathers.

WHY they do it: Its a fitness test of sorts. The way the woman benefits from it is the knowledge if her man is still stable or his emotional balance has been compromised. Women don't want unstable men so the direct result of a failed shit test is less attraction and more shit tests until you fix your frame or eventually get dumped from lack of attraction. HOW they do it: Its just about anything that they say intentionally to threaten your frame. Political or moral issues or questionable actions …

Animals? Grand master edgy over here. You are in the the wrong subreddit if you wanna complain. Last time I checked TRP was about self developing and sexual strategy, not complaining about politics. Also you may not realize it because your frustrated attitude don't pull any women but feminism enabled men to get a dozen times more sex than ever before.

22y/o I'm really thankful to have discovered the truth of my situation this early. Maybe I can be rid of most my issues and reach normal maturity by 30 if I'm lucky.

Oh. Yeah that might be right. However I don't think her being single after that point came from loyalty to my dead father but rather from some delusional sense of fear or greed (state benefits for non-remarried widowers) completely ignoring her three children's need for role models.

Consider yourself lucky. Your mother is an exceptional woman. As for mine, I tried many times during my childhood to draw a line but shame tactics, fear mongering and even violence sometimes kept me obedient.

Thanks for the tips. As for resistance from my gf. She accepted it pretty quickly after a short initial struggle and is loving it. Before she used to be depressed, now she is happier than ever. On a side note holding perfect frame has turned my sex life from "catholic married couple" to "porn movie"-tier

I've got a gf and an apartment. No job but I'm working on finding one. The last year I've started working out and almost completely broke free from a gaming addiction. Overall it looks great but my mindset and these small details are what bother me. As the other guy commented earlier i guess I will split it into chunks and work on them one at the time.

Misandry in media is quite common yet ignored. Seeing it as it is is a rare thing and you are unplugged in that sense. Though you have to remember that all hate and frustration over political issues is escapism and procrastination and will NOT make you a better person. A majority of people feel unplugged one way or another. Feminists who complain about patriarchy see the opposite thing for example. MRAs who complain about things. Religious fundamentalists who see evil everywhere. Don't subscribe…

Your son isn't going to turn out alpha that way. To be honest there was something cringe worthy about that comment he made and how proud you seem about it. Putting people down to raise your own value is feminist tactics. Your son would've come off damn more alpha if he had just told her where the state is, lecturing a lawyer. If you are gonna try making your son alpha how about you demonstrate the qualities instead of teaching them by word. Act it, don't speak it.

If you had to guess, do you think her boyfriend was a beta pushover or a respected alpha? If her boyfriend just had been an awesome alpha, gave her a sense of belonging, being his follower, his lady, she wouldn't had gone strolling off like that. And that's what to strive for when in a LTR.

As I recall this study also proved that "power poses" lowered cortisol in the body and increased testosterone. Same thing happens when an ape claims leadership of his group. Stress hormones go down. Testosterone goes up. One can go as far as theorize that girls are attracted to muscle because its a product of an excess of anabolic hormones "testosterone" in that individuals body, telling her this man isn't in submission to anyone.

You forget that the truth is that you have to look good, have a nice job, be cultivated to increase your SMV. A lot of people forget this fact or how to accomplish it. That's why we need those posts.

I've found that modern music is filled with encouraging lyrics about partying, being in dependant/destructive relationships and about how inferior and helpless you are. It's also a kind of escapism by releasing tons of dopamines which sux because I'm a strong believer that you have to feel the burn in order to be motivated to escape it. Edit: But I'm sure the right music at the right time can be developing and productive.

I once saw a great post on a Chan board about how as children we boys ignored the unpopular girls desperate tries to get our attention. When they said we smelled poopie, instead of answering them we just formed an opinion of them as dumb and moved on with our days. I have a dream that we someday can do exactly that with these obvious baits for they are nothing more than desperate attempts for attention, merely little girls saying we smell poopie.

This! Just stay uneffected. Their feelings have nothing to do with you really as they are so much less mature. Their conclusion of the situation is that of an immature mind. To show much emotional response to a child throwing a fit is to put yourself as their emotional equal which not only hinders their development but also opens up a possibility for manipulation. I'm not telling you to ignore your child completely. Stay present. Give them your full attention when handling them and spending time…

Children need to cry! Very often when a child cry you see a parent run up and try to soothe them and get them to stop. This is wrong. For all human, crying (and other emotions) emerge when reality doesn't add up with our expectations/desires. Distracting a child from crying effectively hinders their maturing process. The correct way to handle it is to be present to provide a safe environment for them to express what they need to express. But don't interfere or distract.

I see no real argument in your text why the "Alpha/beta" stuff said is wrong. Actually you confirm it with the definition you give.

Something that helped me change my attitude a lot is to become aware of that you should not be dependant on others to enjoy yourself. As soon as you need their opinions or their ideas or their feelings to enjoy yourself you are in deep shit. Ever remember your mother say "don't do that or I will get mad"? She conditioned you to dependence. Try to get out of that pattern
/r/askTRP10/09/13 04:47 PM

This. The more subtle the better. If you had said "I've seen some girls in tank tops before" leave out the hot. There is no excuse for her to be mad at you when its said like this. But it will get the hamster working. "Does he check out other girls a lot?" "What does he actually think about them?" "Are my boobs bigger than theirs?" And then she will blow you. Good luck.

Let's try and read into this a bit. Here is what we know: *she is going to a place alone with another male *this male is a football player probably making him physically attractive *she has an established excuse to going which she believes should rid you of jealousy and rid herself from guilt *she tries to emphasis her mental appeal to him "he is funny" suggesting she is well aware of the physical attractivness and is trying to delude you or/and herself about it. *she says again its strictly for…

Never try to convince people with words. The part you told her to order him a pizza sounded a bit needy and desperate. If you really like them you can talk about how you work in these kind of situations, tell them you don't enjoy your girls going on dates (ignore her objections to it being a date if they have them) while you are in a relationship with them. And you consider it a deal breaker. If she decides to go you live by your word and soft next her. This way you still aren't telling them wha…
