Eat healthy, hit the gym, dress presentable (wear fitted clothing), stay at the top of your class, do at least one school sport (counts as extra curricular), if you can maintain an 85-90+ average (4.0GPA), anything else you do is just bonus. The bad part is if you're struggling to get good grades. If you already know how to get good grades, use all your other free time to put on weight(muscle), get shredded, get a part-time job (maybe 2-3 days a week tops, retail if you can. It's less messy and you can master your social skills/sales tactics). Relentlessly go for a retail position over fast-food, even if the first place to hire you is a fast food place. I worked in a kitchen for most of high school and it meant shit on my resume when I was trying to get into an IT field.

Start talking to girls, any girl. Just ask them random questions like for an answer for a question in math class. Even if it's on the fly, or in the halls. If she doesn't know what you're talking about and walks away, she's not interested. If she actually stops and asks you to clarify the question and starts pulling her books out and stuff, she's interested. Say her hands are nice or something if she's pointing at something. Any of these. Just practice, that's all that matters. The more you get rejected the better, but girls are super malleable in high school.

If you can't get a job, volunteer. Also try and figure out what you want in life. Picture yourself at your best, and picture yourself at your worst. Picture yourself in a realistic scenario where you have to go to work every single morning, 5-7 days a week, when you're ill, when it's cold out, when it's night time, etc. etc. Can you do it? Do you want to do it? Do you want to do it more then anything else in the world? Is it actually obtainable (not just beat off n play video games 7 days a week for a job)? Don't stop finding out who you are until you do. You do not want to be applying to colleges just for the sake of going to college.

When you're young, just follow the general rule of not saying redpill stuff in redpill terms. Please don't be edgy or turn it into a rebellion thing. It should be about improving yourself.

Oh, take some risks. Social consequences at that age are typically less than what you estimate them to be, so think with your balls sometimes, but stay out of trouble. That's my main regret, I was too safe as a teenager.

As a high schooler, you want to get good at flirting with girls, bottom line.

All the principles you could and should read about - push/pull, cocky funny, amused mastery, etc... are all good. But like you said, the goals and milestones will be different.

In high school, flirting is a lot about doing things to piss girls off and/or making them laugh.

In high school, it's also about hanging out with the cool, fun guys that the girls want to be around. In high school, it's about learning to be competent socially so that you are having fun and being confident and the other people around you (guys and girls) feel that and vibe off of it.

Girls just want to have fun. Learn to have fun and how to make them see you as a source of feels. Your goal should be to see if you can get them to be constantly giving you eyes and smiles and reciprocal kino. The alpha guys at my school were always draping their arms across the necks of other girls at the school. They weren't necessarily fucking these girls, but they were still alpha as fuck.

Learn to observe. By far, that skill was sharpened the most throughout high school. Use apathetic analysis to judge what your peer's want. Look at how everyone interacts and what makes them talk. Everyone loves talking more about themselves. If you can harbor a genuine interest in something that you two may have in common, you'll learn alot even if it's from opposing views.

I left a very detailed high school guide it's in my comments. You're young, and I wish I had known about TRP before I had left high school.

Don't be needy and pushy though, social game is important. Self-game is highest priority. Through self-awareness you can improve yourself and understand others. If you're striving for higher academics learn more about career choices and how to get into the academic establishment you want.

Make friends with everyone, even those that may have nothing interesting to say. You can save a life, leave an impressionable memory, and make some of the best friends. Sometimes, it literally only takes a "Hey, what's your name?" to make friends for life.
