The spinning plates, the emotional investment, the view of women as untrustworthy. It's very depressing. I'm not BP, but I suppose I'm not full RP either. I don't know how to live. Always having the mentality of "she's not yours, it's just your turn." Utterly depressing. I haven't seen anything to make me believe anything else though, in my own life. My LTR friends are all made into beta boys by their gfs. The more douchey I am to girls, the more they generally give me attention. I see people talk about an anger phase, but I can't summon that in myself. I'm just saddened by it all, the abstract mating rituals of people, the inability of humans to have true security with their partners. It's all just some elaborate game in which neither party, us nor them, are happy by the end of it. At least guys like me, the faggy, sensitive ones who like to imagine a world where a girl is that Unicorn, or legitimate partner. I'm not sure, but the concept of fucking 3 or 4 girls on rotation and then employing the ghosting, emotionally unavailable tactics is tiring to me. As lame as it is, I'm self aware enough to know that I'd like intimacy with a girl. But I'm not willing to sacrifice my own values for it. The concept of them all being slaves to their biology is saddening as well. Less capable of rational thought would do that I suppose. Back when I was BP/less cynical, I would say to myself "one day i'll find my one, i'll find that special girl who is one in a million." Now I don't think I will, I tend to believe that AWALT is true. What are your guys experience with red pill mentality and the melancholy that can accompany it. Is it possible to truly be happy redpilled? Seems more like a "logical" approach to a world where what would make us truly happy and what exists are different.
