The therapist talks about how he writes his notes 'carefully' in such cases because the defense might use it. WTF?!? He's essentially picking a side and hiding evidence. Deciding guilty or not should be up to the judge and the jury, based on the facts. Including the one he's hiding.

She. Is a child therapist. She doesn't want her notes being used in a court of law to defend accused child rapists, that's her prerogative.

She's not an eyewitness, she's just talking about how she writes her own notes, and I'm sure she wouldn't lie if put on the stand.
All this is hypothetical. She has never been called to the stand, her notes have never been subpoenaed, and she doesn't expect those things to happen.

In all fairness lawyers and juries are not biologists/psychologists so the argument that an orgasm occurred, therefore it was not rape, could wrongly be used to defend a rapist.
