After being on redpill for a while my mind has really opened up and I've begun noticing things I never saw before. "Glitches in the matrix." Anyhow, I was reading a comment thread a few days ago about women having a higher sex drive than men. It lead to me reading up on some of Ian Kerner's (a sexuality counselor) work which concluded that women are "sexually responsive" while men are "sexually spontaneous."
Before I go any further, I'd like to point out that there are 3 types. Responsive, neutral, and spontaneous (or pro-active).
What I want to remind everyone of is taking that a step beyond basic sexual attraction and interest, and applying it to elsewhere in life as a man and leader. The first example I'd like to point out is the trolls that attack this subreddit. They are responsive. The saying "don't feed the trolls" has great merit, because trolls thrive off of our responses to their insults and nonsense. They are looking to get a reaction out of you because they need something to be able to respond to. It's just like a shit-test. Now I'm not saying that you should take a neutral course and ignore them completely; we'll get to that in a second.
Let's look at applying this to leadership in business. There's a saying in the tech industry that if you're a web business who is doing the same thing as you were 6 months ago, you're falling behind. Which business is going to be more successful, one that innovates and spontaneously makes improvements (pro-active), one that just keeps doing the same thing and never changes (neutral), or one always just reacts to what the the pro-active competitors are doing (responsive)? I think the answer is obvious. Leaders that are only responsive will eventually fail.
But is being responsive always a bad thing? No, if done sparingly. The idea is that as a man or leader, when you are responsive you need to do it with boldness, innovation, and on your own terms. When I see guys in here responding to trolls with lines upon lines of

trying to tear apart the troll's argument, I'm facepalming. They are letting the troll turn them into a woman. This is how women argue: "She said this, but you said that, but she said this." That doesn't accomplish anything beneficial. JulienLife has a great example in one of his videos where his girlfriend would call him out on a blatant lie but he would still win the argument by simply saying "I never said or did that." With that simple statement he was able to tear the responsive woman's argument completely down. This is because he had already previously asserted his position as her leader, not her follower. Sure it wasn't exactly moral, but that's not relevant to whether it worked or not. So when you do respond, do it with statements that are on your own terms, not their's - but if you're incapable of doing so it's best not to respond at all.
When you are out getting women, it's their nature to respond to you - they are attracted to your spontaneous energy. Don't let a woman interview you as if you're meeting a potential employer. Another thing to avoid is the kind of comments you see on /r/gonewild (nsfw); "Oh you're so beautiful, I'd love to get to know you" blah blah blah. That's responsive. A girl can get that from anyone. Instead be creative and assertive, don't conform to the norm.
When you're leading sports or business, don't let the other teams put you on the defensive so that you are constantly responding to their tactics. Be innovative and make them respond instead.
When you're on reddit, the trolls will criticize and insult you but don't let them incite a responsive attitude within you. Shut them down or ignore them.
When you are forced to respond, do so with boldness and in a direction that your antagonist never saw coming.
TL;DR - Be spontaneous and pro-active, don't be responsive. Unless you're a woman, then it's perfectly natural and Alpha's are attracted to it (but it's still useful advice for leaders of all genders and roles, whether you're a mom dealing with kids, or a business executive trying to grow the company).
