I found this (1:30 to skip the bullshit) video today and it has good RP content. All basic shit that everyone here should know, but maybe some have yet to internalize.

SUMMARY

Owen and Julien discuss two paths in life: progression vs. degeneration. Creating value vs. taking it.

BREAKDOWN

On creating high vibration value

This is the core principle of TRP. As men, we build ourselves and give value to the world. This is what they refer to as high vibration vs. low vibration.

In low vibration, you are indulging. You are seeking immediate satisfaction. Immediate pleasure. Examples include: not lifting, social media, drugs, shit food, and going raw dog on that fat whale you just met. You are taking value from the world. I've been there (maybe not raw dog). We all have. It's a blackhole that only wants to suck you all the way down. It feels good. It's easy. It's beta.

High vibration is the hard path. In order to switch, you need to take a step back. Pull yourself away from the indulgence and start building better habits. It will be hard. In this path, you are the creator. Your highs come from being present and later standing back and seeing what you've accomplished.

It's not easy to meditate, get stronger, or pass up a night out of drinking because you have to be up at 5:00am the next morning, but that's exactly why we do it. We do it because we have taken a step back, and we see the empire we are building.

Obviously, this applies to SMV. It is built. We were not born with the elusive skill of owning a vagina. This is a blessing. You were given a blank canvas on which to create, while women were given the mona lisa. Is it of value? I don't know, you tell me. What I do know is that the mona lisa will always look the same. We are afraid that if we were to change it, it would lose its value. So it is with women.

LESSONS LEARNED

  • Choose the path of most resistance. Continue to lift, meditate, read, practice game, build yourself.

  • Choose to be present, grounded, yet building for the future.
