at what point does friendzone becomes un-savable?

i am expecting an answer like this: friendzone = you're done, move on.

i think there are multiple levels of friendzone, and somewhere is a point of no return, so where is it?

 EDIT: i kind of friend-zoned myself because i didn't find her that attractive atm so i didnt set things straight or even try to establish anything with her. things went for the worse for me, i think she became little more attractive. and i dont know what to do.... im young compared to average age here, so i lack the expertise etc.
