Hey all. I still have a long way to go but wanted to get your opinions as to how I should proceed further.
On the first day of class this HB7 sits next to me and while her face is alright, her body is fantastic. I noticed she was drinking a vegetable smoothie or something in a glass bottle (figured she made it) and after class asked, "What was it you were drinking? Was it one of those enzyme drinks?"
She responded well and started talking to me about how it was homemade with fruits and vegetables and that it's great for the skin/gives a great energy boost. I am genuinely interested in improving my diet, so we talked about that for a bit and she brought up that we should sit down and chat so we can talk about it more and I handed her my phone and she gave me her number.
The next class period, I told her we should meet up the next day (since we had the day off for that class) and I took her to a popular coffee shop she'd never been to and we talked for a good hour before I had to go to a research lab to help out my professor. We talked mostly about ourselves, our interests, and the like and relatively little about the health foods. She did, however, let me borrow two books that detail recipes and foods to eat on her own accord (score. lots of good info). Overall, it seemed like we really had a good time and throughout the entire time she held eye contact, I made sure to lead the way whenever we went anywhere (we left the coffee shop and walked to the building I had my lab in before parting) and since we were on campus, I just went for a good hug.
The next class period, we had to get into groups and she instantly looked toward me to indicate we should pair up and I said "sure" while looking amused. We were both focused on the actual assignment and I wanted to show her that I could get shit done, so I led as much as possible and gave insights on the assignment and whatnot. She didn't seem to be put off or disinterested in anything I said. Part of it involved reading a script for a play (we're working on a civil case and are going through evidence) and we only had one copy, so as I was holding it for the both of us (the class decided to have the session outside since it was sunny) I said "my neck is killing me" and moved right next to her sitting down (our arms and legs were touching) so we could both see easier. She didn't budge at all and I didn't notice any negative signs.
Before I left for my next class, we talk more about shows and I mention I like "The Big Bang Theory," which she's never seen. I tell her, "Sounds like we're gonna have to change that" with a smile, and next time I see her I'm going to invite her over to my place so we can watch. I'd have done it this weekend but she's in NY (I'm in WA) on a school trip.
Overall, it's not much, but it's crazy how easily you can engage in conversation with and get close to someone after a simple conversation. I like her and want to see where it goes. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
Also, there's a girl in another one of my classes (lovely rack, nice face, and a little cushion. Not fat though. She looks very cool and composed, which I like.) that I've only had a little time to talk with during a group activity that I want to get to know more. One of our assignments is to interview someone of a different cultural background and get their perspective on life, etc. so I was thinking I could use that as an opener and way of getting to talk to her alone. I was thinking of approaching her at the beginning of class (would do after, but she dips out immediately after dismissed) with, "Hey. The other day in our group activity I couldn't help but notice how calm and composed you were and I thought that you seem like a very interesting person. I still don't know what I want to do for the interview assignment and wanted to sit down and talk for a bit if that's cool? What are you doing after class?"
Thoughts? Suggestions?
I am really glad I found this place. Sweet Ghandi's tits, I still have a long way to go, but I'm happy to say I'm progressing. Most importantly, I feel so much more confident than before.
