You're conflating many things in your post.

First of all: when you talk about leaving America, what you're really talking about is leaving western nations entirely: so moving to South America, Africa, or Asia. Consider the quality of life you will have there if you don't move down with several hundred thousand dollars to start with, and don't speak the language, and don't have local contacts: it's going to be a really hard slog. You almost certainly won't be able to build yourself up the same quality of life you would have here unless you get lucky and find lucrative employment - very contingent on language and connections.

In wide, sweeping general terms, sure, but that in and of itself isn't reason to leave the West for some random country.

You sound young. You should definitely travel, see some of these other countries, bang some local women, get a feeling for what life could be like there. Talk to expats everywhere you go as they're the ones who have done what you're talking about - learn from their advice, especially older men who have been there for a while and have regrets you could learn from.

Maybe you'll find a country where it all seems to make sense a lot more than it does at home. If you do, save up a bunch of money here first, and give it a try. Just make sure it's not something done blindly as a reaction to something that may not actually be a deal breaker over here after all.
