I was sitting at home watching some youtube. I got a call from a random number. I picked it up and heard someone who I thought was from a call centre, trying to sell me shit. I did think that I recognized the voice, but in the end told myself otherwise.

I couldn't understand them so I said "No, thank you" twice and cut the call.

Now, this time, I got a call from a landline number. It was the same chick again, but this time while trying to blurt words out of her mouth, she whizzed into a laugh in the background. By now, I realized that this was a prank call.

I decided to talk to them in English(Dont live in the west), because I thought at this point, that it was a random number from some ill-educated fool trying to waste my time. I said shit like "whats this call about?", If I could help them with something and in the end I said "I can barely understand the words coming out of your mouth"; The voice changed immediately after this remark to some chick saying that she loved me(It did seem genuine in hindsight). I said who dafug is dis and hung up.

They called me the third time, and this time some chick, who in the back of my head, I thought was my ex, started talking to me about sexual stuff, asking me whether I wanted to get laid, whether I wanted to meet up, asking me personal stuff about where I lived, what I did for work and some other shit.

I answered their questions in a nonchalant manner saying Im celibate and other random shit.

I looked up that number on truecaller, the name said "blah blah". But the stupid nerds didn't know that I could find them If I looked their number up on facebook. The number turned out be the number of my ex's bestfriend, who I mistook for the woman from the callcentre at the beginning.

My ex broke up with me in highschool( Im in college), and I totally hard nexted her out of instinct. The fuck should I do? call her and confront her? or let it be?

whatever the answer maybe, they are both stupid cunts.
