Many of us struggle with procrastination and the inability to get what we need to do done.

Stuff that comes to mind such as, "I need to get to the gym today but I didn't sleep very well last night", "I need to finish that paper for my (insert class) but I really want to play COD","I want to talk to that girl but what if I get rejected? What if I say the wrong thing? I don't remember that roosh trick for approaches or what Illimitable Man said about this situation, I don't think I can pull her number."

The thought processes above start from your ego. Your ego fears discomfort, embarrassment, and hardship. It pushes you to make decisions that maximize security and comfort.

The truth is that life is not experienced in your comfort zone, it's experienced by the do-ers, by the bold.

When you find all these seemingly useless reasons to do something that you want or know you should do, stop thinking. Do not let your mind run rampant with these thoughts. It will generate all these false reasons to not do things. It takes training and effort for this mindset to become habit. Every minute you waste letting your hamster run is a minute wasted, and time is your most valuable resource.

Make a plan and execute it. Adapt and change it on the run.

Overslept and don't have time to get to the gym but you have thirty minutes? Go run a ten-min mile and knock out 100 push-ups, sit-ups, 25 pull-ups, and fifty burpees. That's a full body workout and cardio.

That paper you need to write? Every minute you spend stressing about it is a minute you could have spent writing it.

That girl you are scared to approach? You minimize wasted time and effort if you approach, maybe fail, and move on to the next hot girl.

You are your only and worst enemy. The only thing stopping you is you.

TL:DR: Don't let your mind talk you out of doing stuff you need to do for false reasons. Don't overthink. Make a plan and execute.
