Thinking is was got you into trouble in the first place, so let me do it for you until you're a solid slut fucking warrior.

Thinking is bad, don't think, just move.

Take out a pen and paper

Write the following:

  1. Wake up.

  2. Meditate for 20+ minutes, do not think about anything but your breathing.

  3. Do not think. Go to work or school. Or get started on anything that involves your mission and improves the heart of the slut fucking warrior. You are centered around whatever activity you're doing that revolves around this. You are present and there. When you slip, you realize it and point it out, and then you get right back on track. (See my past posts about mindfulness or any information you can find regarding it anywhere. This is in regards to mind wandering, procrastination, and not being focused on your present.)

  4. Put the work and time in. Don't stop until you're ahead of the curve for the day.

  5. Go to the gym. Make sure you're well educated in nutrition and lifting. Lift until you can't remember why you wanted to think in the first place. (Also switch 3 with 5, it doesn't matter which order they are in, as long as they get done. Although I have noticed that it helps to go to the gym first, but do what you can.)

  6. Get your macros in. Make them good. You don't know what or how to eat? See step 3.

Now put list in your room next to your bed.

Now do this tomorrow. And when this is done, your day begins.

Soon you will see your day will actually begin when you wake up, that your thoughts will be crystal clear, until then, let me think for you.

EDIT:

Since it seems as though many may have taken my post as blue pill indoctrination or as some way to stop you from thinking indefinitely, I am going to clarify.

What I mean here is;

Do not OVERTHINK. Get shit done, then think about the world around you if you feel it to be absolutely necessary to do so. If anything, procrastination, rumination, is holding you back from completing what you consider core tenants of your life's objectives, this is for you. Your wasting your time in the mean time.

I didn't feel it necessary to explain in detail mindfulness, as I have already done this, and so have so many others.

Get a clear mind firstly, then use that reprogrammed clear mind to start living, but until you do so, don't start your day off dwelling. I don't mean to literally, "let me think for you." I mean it in a figurative sense, as I have spent years and years meditating and lifting, and reached what I consider mental clarity. That you too should reach this, but, until you do, stop thinking and worrying, just do. Soon you will be able to think again, when time has passed and bad patterns of thinking and procrastination have been clear.
