Sadly no. I know plenty of dudes that go purely based on looks without even stopping to wonder if there is actual physical chemistry between them and their object of desire. I think this disease affects younger men mostly, because they're so horny and turned on by image, that they can't distinguish between image and reality. When you get older, you notice that some women do it for you, and others, no matter how pretty, don't. It's a biochemical thing, and you don't really have a lot of control over it. You can usually tell who you like by getting into close proximity with them, and seeing if you start feeling a bit inebriated.

Yes if you think a girl is very hot your brain will start creating a fantasy in your head of the perfect ONE to settle down with, long walks on the beaches etc. Yes by rating her 10 you will boost her SMV because you will give her validation and give her attention which will reaffirm her SMV and yes using the HB scale will make you grow a vagina.
