How are we calling this blue pill? It's not even white knighting, it's coincidental and somewhat fortunate that this guy was glancing at the girl because some mega rohypnol rape shit would of gone on, if some of you lifted your frosty visors and see certain things in a real world aspect. Not everything needs to be broken down into 'look at this chump stopping a bad thing happening'.
Reactions like this are why TRP deserves some of this bad stigma, the theory is solid but some people here must be trolls.

If she was drugged then OP was right to intervene.
However, hitting some with a beer bottle is a faux pas in my opinion. Beer bottles are weapons that can result in some pretty nasty injuries. Also, OP attacked someone with a weapon from behind and assaulted, sucker punched, a second person without even confronting them.
Your taking his story at face value that she was drugged. I've seen plenty of people that seemed on an even keel falling all over them selves within minutes. I agree if that if someone is incapacitated you need to intervene, however OP introduced violence into a situation that could have likely been resolved without incident. OP could have confronted them with his friends and then if necessary introduced law enforcement. The OP in the story is a douche bag and the girl is an idiot for lack of concern for her safety and well being. The OP should have gone to jail for assault and the police should have taken the girl home if she was incapacitated.

Because, while she's a stupid brat, her father doesn't want her to get hurt, and that's what is going to happen if an adult doesn't look out for her. Given that she's in college and acting like this, she's probably a lost cause, but that's not this guy's problem.

Not making excuses for the guy cause who really knows the context of a fucking greentext on /fit/, but perhaps that was the only person responsible for her. She certainly wasn't his responsibility once he did what he needed to do at the party. I wouldn't take care of some roofied out bitch. I especially wouldn't bring her back to my place. That's asking for rape charges.
I guess the only other alternative would have been to call the police, but fuck if you're asking for trouble with that too. Dad's place sounds like the best bet to me.

Standing up and defending people who are being exploited by others is an act of great courage and honor. There's nothing beta about that. A beta would have joined in or wouldn't have had the courage to speak up, much less do anything.
When confronted with a situation in which some people are taking advantage of an individual, irrespective of sex, I am compelled to intervene due to my own ethics. It's not about whether I will be thanked or not. It's about whether I will be able to live with myself if I stand silent while a crime is committed in front of me.
This girl is incredibly stupid and will learn a hard lesson the next time this happens.

It wasn't very red pill, but sometimes you have to listen to your gut even if it's wrong. Yeah she didn't thank him for it but he's not doing it to be thanked, he's doing it so he can look himself in the mirror the next morning.
Did she deserve his help? No, but he wasn't necessarily helping her, but maybe punishing them.

The world doesn't reward you for doing "the right thing". Few enough people can even agree about what "the right thing" even is.
Appealing to a person (or group's) self-interest is the surest way to win them to your side. That means learning something about their motivations and offering a hand or an opportunity; which is the polar opposite of doing something on their behalf without consulting their motives, and then expecting them to thank you.

Why do you automatically assume she'd be grateful? Some girls want to have fun and be "sluts" and experience life to the fullest. Tone it down later saying "well, college doesn't count."
