Rational men question the male gender role in modern society, as have I. I have wanted to learn from philosophical minds. And here, after much searching, found this place among other forums of discussion.

I don't agree with every post, or blindly follow any herd. But, as many of us may agree, being a man is about defining yourself, and forging ahead no matter what hate is thrown your way. It is our job to overcome obstacles, and grow. Some do that here, or at least question the things that have blindfolded them for so long.

The great philosopher Socrates said to question everything. Ultimately the price for this was to be sentenced to drink hemlock, a form of execution of the time. In his dying words, he still challenged the minds of others. He had ideals that went against the grain of the current beliefs. When it became publicly known, he paid a steep price.

And now, my field report of sorts.

I met a girl here on Reddit. We had a blast, and I took out on the town and had some fun and crazy experiences. I saw a future, even thought she may have been the fabled unicorn! I thought, no, AWALT does not apply! My brothers, I cared. Was this RP of me? No it was not. Again however, an apt mind must be able to see the world through many lenses.

Upon months of knowing each other, awesome trips, her declaring her infatuation with me, things went surprisingly cold.

I was perplexed.

Why? I would like to share that with you. She went through my history and found comments here on R/TheRedPill.

She told others it was a "red flag," and that she "nopped right out of there."

My brothers, so poisonous is TRP viewed by Reddit SJWs, that my acts were no longer perceived as sweet and kind, but were now perceived as "manipulative" and douchey.

The funny thing is I stayed despite a laundry list of universally recognized red flags. I was not afforded the same understanding.

I understand now why some men read and post here with throwaways, and in incognito mode. I felt I had nothing to hide, but you should know the price: being written off unilaterally due to a forum of discussion. You'd think we were praising Hitler or trying to summon Satan.
