The reason why is it seems our Vets are most vulnerable to the exploits of these conniving wenches. They come from poverty stricken backgrounds or conservative families where patriotism is very high. However, don't expect Women to share your enthusiasm in serving this country.

For low income males the army can be seen as a way out of poverty and towards greater opportunity with minimal debt. The problem is that Women who want to hitch a ride on those federal benefits and healthcare. If the guy stays in the army for 20 years he can retire with some monthly payments at the young age of 40-50 and go on to do something else for the next 15 years until he hits retirement.

The problem however, is that you have to not only survive being killed in line of duty early in your career but you have to survive getting duped by females looking for federal money and health insurance which is a better deal than welfare to them. Because the only qualification they need is to have your child or be your Wife, and even in some states like Florida even COHABITATION is a risky endeavor.

Vets need to be extra cautious. Do your best not to let a female know your occupation especially if she is from a trailer park or low income family. She will see you as a meal ticket and do everything in her power to have your baby or get a ring. Because once you die it means free ride for life for her based on military spousal support they can expect to receive. Be especially wary if you are an old guy who retired and dating a younger girl. Protect the fact that you served as a close guarded secret. Once she finds out the fangs will come out.
