I was in the typical shitty relationship you can get in, as a beta. I conceded my opinions if they didn't fit her, let her control me, tried to be nice to get sex, etc. etc. The whole relationship lasted 1.5 years.

Of course, I felt shitty in this relationship. I had never heard of TheRedPill, and couldn't find out what I was doing wrong. It took me a long time, but I decided I had to break up with her.

The first time I tried to break up, she came to me apologizing, saying she "tries to change". I took her back, thinking I finally got through to her. Of course, nothing changed. Of course, I still felt shitty.

Cue 1-2 months later. This time, I knew I would break up with her, and that there's nothing she can do that changes it.
This time, I didn't let myself be moved by anything she said or did, crying, promises, whatever. The break-up happened late in the night, and she tried to say "It's only because it's late that you're doing this, let's get sleep and tomorrow everything will be different." I immediately told her that sleeping is a good idea, but it will not change my stance at all.

What happened the next morning? Before I even woke up, she was horny as fuck and we had the best sex we ever had, even while we were dating, because I always was the provider.
Needless to say, I was flabbergasted. This time though, the first time in the relationship, my frame was cemented into the ground, even if it meant that the relationship stopped. So now I understand it.

So, that was the story of the first and only time I held frame. I realize it is a petty example, but I still wanted to share it.
