The universe is ~14 billion years old. Earth is ~5 billion years old. Modern humans are ~200,000 years old. In the grand scheme of things, we’re at best children of the universe. My advice is to start thinking as a child would.

Children think with elegant simplicity. By taking a page out of their mental handbook, we gain insight into an uncomplicated world.

Think of the universe as your playroom. Too often I see guys taking things way too seriously. This can cause them to over-stress and overthink. Both of which are bad habits that keep us from realizing our goals. We have to remind ourselves that letting go is why we’re here. The universe is quite simply a place to have fun.

You can design your immediate space however you want. Playrooms are rarely bland or made simply for function. They often have vibrant colors and creative decorations. Take this as a chance to develop your own personal style, whether that be clothes to demonstrate your social value, a badass car, or a bachelor pad complete with a vintage billiard table. Not only will it make you more interesting, it’ll also develop your sense of self which, in turn, will increase your confidence.

Think of your life as a game. Again, have fun, but also, in a game, players are divided into two categories: winners and losers. Any reasonable human will agree that playing to win is much more satisfying.

“To the victor go the spoils.”

Viewing life as a game motivates you to try your best in everything you do, whether that be lifting, working, gaming women, or even knitting a scarf. Competition will motivate any man with a sense of pride.

Think of people as children. Viewing people as children makes everyone easy to talk to. Even socially awkward people often have no trouble talking to someone much younger than them. With children, we automatically assume, correctly, that we have more social clout than them. Develop this mentality in every conversation, and frame comes naturally. Social rejection is a thing of the past. Who cares what kids think?

Aside from the obvious benefits of holding frame, women love it. Kids and women are both highly emotional, treating them in similar ways garners similar responses. Even if you just bullshit the entire conversation, you can cover their need for validation.

Think of everything else as toys. Remember action figure wars and matchbox car drag races? Toys spark our imagination and develop our creativity. Use this principle in everything you do and you’ll find that life is more interesting than ever before.

Watch a kid as a toy commercial airs on TV. That desire and the energy that comes from it can be channeled into extraordinary things. Get excited for what you want, because once you have it, it’s a toy you can play with for as long as you want.

On the other side of things, if you can’t get something or you lose it, it’s no big deal. It’s just a toy right? You can always get another one. Toys are always in abundance.

If you made it this far, thanks for reading. That being said, this is my first post and would appreciate any constructive input you guys have. Thanks in advance.

Play hard gentlemen.
