I am quite new to taking the red-pill. However, it strikes me that the value of developing a rational mind, previously one of mans most important assets in history, has been removed and replaced with being 'more emotional'. This has been a disaster for men, who without rationality to offset irrationality, flounder. Especially when surrounded by this narative in the work place, school and the household. They are then scorned for their weakness by the very society who has told them to be so.

Has anyone focused on a book list, or exercises which work towards improving being more rational and stoic by setting aside irrationality and emotion.
