Long time lurker here. I often visit this sub, I disagree with any things and agree with others, and I believe it is important to engage with other viewpoints. I expect disagreement in the comments, but no vitriol please.
Firstly, and I imagine this will get a lot of hate, but not all women are as bad as many in this sub believe. I know many girls who will only sleep with men when they are in relationships, and who do not practice hypergamy to the extent they will leave as soon as the next best thing comes along. A high profile example of this would be Connor Mcgreggor's wife, who stuck by him when he was a bum. This leads me to ask, where are you meeting these girls? If all of your relationships have come from girls you met in the club or on tinder, you are a moron. The girls who jump on your dick after you buy them a cheap drink are not going to be good long term partners. I have a habit of attracting girls like those described on this sub, and every single one has been met in a club. Try meeting girls doing something you enjoy, for example, learn to dance. This means that the girl actually has interests and is not a vacuous bimbo addicted to her phone. A few things to avoid:

Never get into a relationship with a girl who cheated on her bf to be with you

If she flirts outrageously with everyone and 'pulls' guys, drop her, she likely has low self esteem and craves attention

She says she's a feminist

No dad (with caveats)

She doesn't want to be exclusive

She wants your phone password. Your phone is your private space, its no different from a diary

She keeps saying how loyal she is (hint; she's not)

You met her in the club or on tinder

She says she doesn't want children

She identifies as liberal or progressive

Avoiding girls like this should help you in any ltr goals. Another point is recognising that as a man you have more important things to do than bang girls. 'Enjoying the decline' gets bandied about a lot, but our present situation exists purely because weak men did exactly that. Please, fight for something, even converting your friends from the West's dogma has a measurable effect. Additionally, conservative couples with traditional values will out-breed liberals, in fact the only way the progressive cult can spread is by brainwashing. Don't let this happen to your kids or your friends.
Another thing, there seems to be an undercurrent against minorities in this sub, despite the fact they are far more socially conservative than whites. Some of my best friends are minorities. Why? Because they are significantly less likely to believe chopping a male child’s balls off is right. Being at University, it is difficult for me to make genuine friends with middle class whites (like myself) who believe that the wicked white man is the source of societies ills. My working class roots revile it.
Finally, I think that while this sub is a good place for frank debate, I don't think the tips are all that useful for a ltr, as they are tailored to pulling bimbos. The last thing I'll add is why the hell is no one signing pre-nups? If she doesn't have access to your stuff after divorce, she is reliant upon you, fulfilling the age old relationship dynamic of Men and Women.
