Have you ever spoken to that one person that just looks at you and you have that slight worry that they'll be able to penetrate straight through your frame with their words? Be it a woman, a man or your pet turtle?

This is largely broscience and has only helped me so far but it's worked magic. If anything, you could consider it as a cheat code that just makes your day. Shit tests by a 10, your boss yelling at you, your older sister acting like a bitch, your "friends" poking fun at you to test your frame. It covers everything.

It'll sound and be as retarded as it actually is but trust me when I say; it works wonders. Here's how to do this:

I want you to picture a very unpleasant moment you've had where you either were about to get agitated or simply you could feel your frame cracking. This has to be caused by another person. Ready? Good. Now, take a good look at their head and listen to their voice. These two things are vital to the exercise. Great. Next step? Picture their head shrinking and their voice turning high pitched and replay whatever annoyed you in your head. Smirking? Awesome. That's it.

Is this stupid? Of course. Does it work? Definitely. How will a person that you just visualized so comically will be able to crack your frame? Did she just tell you she "sees you as a friend"? Or perhaps your boss told you "you need to work harder if you don't want to be let go"? You've automatically clowned them and distanced yourself enough from this situation. You have also amused yourself and managed to take them less seriously, as you should with anyone. Now I'm not saying go around and think of people's heads shrinking but it's a quick way to get yourself out of your negative emotions and back into your calm, relaxed, self amusing state of mind. Whether that is because you're nervous while speaking to someone or whatever else you can imagine. Make sure to go back to it when you're out of the burn zone and analyze why you felt uncomfortable/agitated and the like so you can properly combat the issue instead of flying over it.

Before I conclude, this is not supposed to be used as your primary way to maintain your frame. In an ideal world, you wouldn't need this at all, so keep working on yourself. This is just a quick, fun way to make sure you don't tick at the wrong time.
