I have been lurking on here for about a month now, just reading posts and stuff and I started to apply it to my life.. I'm already starting to see results...

I feel a lot better about myself even though I failed my final year in university and have to resit... not caring what people think really made me feel a lot better by myself and this year I'm gonna smash this course (architecture)... I've stopped watching porn (it was an addiction and a coping mechanism for getting rejected) And I feel so much better about myself... I've started exercising and eating right... gonna start mountain biking come September and this year I'm gonna save up and go travelling next year... I'm taking control of my life and I've never felt better about myself...

I have a girlfriend (LTR) And before I started doing this and I literally was begging her to get nudes... now she sends them when I tell her to (not ask)... right now she's in the library and she's gonna take a nude for me... fuck!.. this time last month she wouldn't even consider it... hoping to get to a point where I get surprise nudes and wouldn't even have to ask... she also confirm litterally everything I've read about women and she's never been more attracted to me, she always wants sex when we hang out, wherever we are (went to do her nails she was literally begging me to take her to the bathroom and have my way with her while we were waiting for her turn).. I asked her why she was suddenly so attracted to me and she said she noticed my confidence has gone up, I've become more assertive And I don't take any bullshit anymore... thank you redpill... still got a long way to go tho

[EDIT] a few of you were asking how I did it. The book which started it off for me was No more mr nice guy. It really helped me especially when doing the excersises in the book (breaking free) it made me realise how much I was doing like seeking approval, backing down from confrontations etc... Quiet contracts where I do something and expect something back without verbalising.. All these things were making me a pushover but once I stopped (it took a lot of work) my confidence increased and I started raising my value. Excersises like looking in the mirror and telling yourself that you don't need to impress people or you dont need validation from others and believing that just changed my persona entirely. Times where I would lie for not wanting to be ashamed, I wouldn't lie but just say the truth boldly and wouldn't care (at least pretending not to care).,, and I realised as the book said by being yourself the people in your life don't stop liking you and the ones who did.. Fuck em anyway... This book really kicked it off.. The rest came naturally... Because I felt confident about myself and self assured regardless of what people thought, my reactions to things changed.. I was a lot more vocal about things because I honestly believe that I didn't deserve that. For me it was a matter of changing myself until I was happy with myself and that radiated into my relationship. Before I would think "I'm lucky to have this girl so I should do what I can to keep her" but now I think "this is just a girl, If she leaves me it's her loss..." And I don't know why or how she noticed I had changed... But hey I'm not complaining... Maybe it's the little things I did like say no to things or telling her when I wasn't cool with something... I would just ask are you fully happy with who you are? Like honestly? If you are then it should reflect out
