I was in the exact same situation last year mate. Almost to the letter, and i remember being in the state you're in. From my experience it was a sophisticated emotional manipulation tool that she used to hang over me for the next 6 months or so, she threatened with police etc but now I realise she had no intention of ever actually going to them.

Do NOT message her admitting to your "mistake" and if you have any previous messages between the two of you implying or strongly suggesting you've played rough before then back them up.

Stop panicking.

Not gonna help you right now OP, I'm replying for fellow redpillers who may hopefully learn something from this.

If you like to be play rough, tell the girl the first time you fuck her. During sex, maybe you go for a bit of choking, you tell her

"Baby, I like to play a bit rough. If at any point you feel I'm overstepping, let me know ASAP ! This can easily go into unwanted territory."

In my experience, they smile and tell you to go ahead. But they will also tell you to stop!

When she tells you to stop, you fucking STOP!

Read the last sentence again, and again. Until it sinks in.

Keep a cool head man, it'll be alright. Could just be a weird moment from her.
Do you have any proof that you were in an ongoing sexual relationship? Does she have any visible bruises from the rough sex?
Do NOT let her know what you fear from her. Of course we all know she could lie and fuck your life up, but she may not know that. Don't contact her fearfully. Pretend she never had that reaction, if she texts you wanting to talk about it tell her you will meet to talk about it. Don't put anything in writing.
If you DO put anything in writing, make sure to write it unambiguously and in a way that benefits your story.

Most likely she will want to forget about it, especially if you maintain frame and reassure her hamster (no shame, no judgement). Of course you are making judgements the whole time, but she doesn't get to know this.

Once you get out from under that, learn to not let her manipulate you again.

I slept for only an hour last night. I freaked out so hard last night and exposed my vulnerability to her. I'm worried because we mostly communicated through snapchat and that deleted all of our flirtatious messages. She was good at not flirting with me through text or online until we got together in person. Though I do have a few texts of us joking, but they may be useless. I just became terrified because of all the stories that I've seen here. I'm starting up a business after moving out from the ghetto so I don't want to pUT my life in ruins over a mood swing. That's why I got so scared and made it weird and awkward. I should of just left when she told me to leave.

When I would get too rough she would usually push up, force herself off and tell me to stop and be gentle which usually ends up in us just laying with each other, talking and laughing.

This time she doesn't do anything. She could of told me to stop, yelled at me, jump off, hit me, bite me, ANYTHING to let me know that we aren't sexually rough housing anymore, but no. She just let's it happen and then I get punched in the face mid-sex and she starts to cry. I mentioned we had sex all month and now it's the end of the month and nearing her period which could explain why. I have not and will not contact her anymore.

This is so fucked up.. It makes me angry as fuck to see a fellow in this situation, woman shouldn't have all this power to fuck our lives.

I don't know how it happens in the US, but here in Brazil recently our supreme court decided that the """victim's""" testimony is enough to convict a man in cases involving sexual assault. There is a trend to false acuse men to be rapists and sexual offenders here.. It's pretty bad.

OP, I hope everything goes well with you, I can't tell you about the stuff you should do to help you legaly, since I'm not from the US and don't know a lot about your laws.. All I can say to you is to try to remain calm and assess the situation. Maybe your mind is a bit blurred now and you can't remember things straight after your panic attack. Maybe they are better than you think.
