I actually tell them first time we are having sex that they are "Tuesday" or "Wednesday" or whatever day it is. I laugh, they laugh but pout, and they say something smart ass and I tell them "well yeah, I mean there "Monday" ....on and on

I've told them if they work hard they may get a Friday or Saturday slot.

I use baby a lot. But that also because I get half of them to call me Daddy.

But I also end up with individual nicknames for them that came about for some reason. Something someone said. One of our conversations, etc.

My "plates" are girlfriends or someone I'm interviewing for the position. I'm not fucking chicks I don't think may be on the team. I run between a hard and soft harem, meaning all know I have other girls but only confirmed members of the team know each other etc. I'm not letting a new girl screw shit up with the others.

So yes I'm building a real relationship with them.

Don't go personal as it makes them feel special and their ego can get too puffed up. If it's personal but not really it's ok- Blondie, Goldilocks, etc
