I haven’t seen anything yet related to this so far from my search through posts on this forum.
I just wanted to share my field report/observations from having a personal trainer in a new gym I started going to at the beginning of last year (early 2025).
Disclaimer: For those who have considered getting a personal trainer or want to get personal trainer, I would suggest unless your training for a specific sport (boxing, football, etc.) or you have very serious fitness goals you can’t achieve on your own — many of the benefits of having a personal trainer for the price you pay aren’t worth it. The price I paid for the little time I spent (I won’t disclose price but sessions were 1/week for 30 min) learning a few extra exercises I easily could’ve found online were absurd.
Anyways, back during the beginning of this year I moved back home after graduating college, I decided to try a new gym my friend recommended that was closer to where I lived. I got set up at this new gym and they offered complimentary PT (personal training) sessions when you sign up as a new member.
After the complimentary session, like every business they haggle or coerce you into trying the full version after giving you the free trial and I decided “fuck it , why not” since I was starting to take my boxing class training seriously and I wanted to see what I could achieve with my body with the help of extra resources.
I connected with my personal trainer (let’s call him A) over the course of the next 4 months, and I not only had the craziest lean cut build I’ve ever experienced but I learned a lot of about red-pill social dynamics in a gym setting.
I learned through the social interactions I witnessed A have with his female clientele or just about any woman in the gym he interacted with, how women often gravitated toward those who project dominance and control. From the position of authority and dominance A had as a personal trainer, I witnessed tactics like Command Presence and Amused Mastery easily executed toward these women.
When you also consider the access that personal trainers have to so many beautiful/fit women and the fact they’re paid to interact (implementing various forms of kino or touch) and spend repeated amounts of time with them weekly, it comes as no surprise that these personal trainers hook up insanely with many women who attend the gym.
I initially came in with the common mindset that’s been said before that the gym should be for "working out only" or you "shouldn't shit where you eat" which I still sort of believe is understandable, but A pulled back the curtains and showed me the multiple women he fucked along with the high body count he achieved from the gym alone in less than a year (about 53 if I remember correctly) and how important it is to own your environment along with embracing your masculinity.
If there’s one thing I learned from having a personal trainer and hearing the wild things that take place in these settings behind the scenes, you have to curate the lifestyle you want and you have to build a strong body by working out and taking care of yourself as well (skincare routine, bi-weekly haircuts, etc.)
I’ll end off with this quote:
“Everything is judged by its appearance; what is unseen counts for nothing.— Robert Greene”
TL;DR: My personal trainer showcased Social Proof and Domain Mastery at the gym I attend
