Dude, everybody loses time to shit that doesn't work out. It's called life. It's not just one big upward motion. 2 years is not a big deal. You actually get a lot from your failures and disappointments. For example now you know trp and understand women much better. 2 years is a short payment for that knowledge compared to what many men pay.

Basically going against sunk cost fallacy. Recognize that lost investments cannot be recouped and cut your losses instead of incurring more of them.
