I had this one thrown at me yesterday: "You need to get over it."

The girl was a plate and she cut off sex, but expected me to still devote time to her. So I let her go. It was shaming and shit test after shit test, with the one above included in it at some point.

She was throwing everything in the book at me to try to manipulate me into sticking around, but my frame didn't slip at all. I let it go on until she had nothing left to throw at me, and then I proceeded to walk away like I said I was going to.

Some other snippets, as I remember them...

"You need to get over it"

--> "You too"

I clearly had nothing to get over, so this appeared to me as shame and projection rolled up. Hence, my response. Shut her up for a good bit as she was stunned.

"You're being selfish."

-> "Yes."

Direct. Of course I'm being selfish. Damn right.

Essentially the frame I maintained for the entire discussion. Unapologetic. According to her, a douche bag.

Yep. It also means that to her, his integrity hinges on his servitude to her and the capacity to which he can further her demands.

Basically any negotiation which revolves around what you can do for her in exchange for either nothing, or insignificant reward. Off the top of my head though, "You have no idea what youre talking about". This happens alot when you happen to know the first thing about womens physiology, and then tell a woman about it.

Just because she is shaming you for her own interests doesn't mean you aren't a fuck.
Learn to cook healthy food for yourself.
Learn to workout and take care of your body.
Pick up a few practical blue collar skills so your expertise isn't limited to being a worker drone.

A woman's only real weapon for controlling men, besides looks, is shame. In addition, it seems to stand to reason to me that women shit-test in the same capacity that men judge women on looks. In other words, women never stop shit-testing in the same way that men never stop judging women on looks because that is our ways of determining value for each other.

If it can be so easily said that all actions men perform are for the soul purpose of gaining sex, then every single one of her actions must also be guided with the intent to shame a man into doing her bidding.

hahah thats hilarious, we hired a girl at work right out of university, and I honestly don't think anyone has ever told her "no" in her whole life. I tell her "no" all day long with respect to work stuff, mostly jokingly.

Her tactic is, "why don't you grow up, you act like your 5". I just laugh and walk away

the hilarious part is that you think she would be mad, but she keeps coming back for more, like she needs to get my approval that she is validating her life.

That's a powerful line because it cuts straight to the core of attraction.

She is just judging a mans value on his achievements. She probably sees it in you, but she wants you to show it to her and the world.

I wouldn't take too much of this into consideration. Shes not shaming you but realize she is probably looking for DHV.
